Hello, I ordered a brunch burger thru doordash with a friend. I proceeded to bite into my burger and i felt a hair in my mouth.... I took the top bun off and saw that there was a hair STUCK to my bun. A long blonde hair. Also, my burger was made incorrectly.No big deal, but the hair is. I am very disappointed and disgusted. Over priced for what you get. I had a ham and cheese omelet with American cheese a grilled English muffin hashbrowns and coffee... and it was $18 and change before Tip. The omelet was flat and I was charged for the English muffin. Not recommended. Better foodat small mom and pop places. Read more
Seated as soon as we came in. Friendly staff. Food was served quick, hot, and very tasty.
Staff wasn't friendly, we ordered fruit bowls and in every one of them the pineapples were brown and when we ask about it the... waitress said she tried to get rid of them before giving it to us but couldn't do it for everyone.. We found multiple hair inour plates and we noticed that not one cooks were wearing hairnets when working in the kitchen.. Do not go there !!! Read more
The waitress we had Michelle was very nice but this is the only good thing I can say about this ihop. We were the first ones in... before it actually got busy for breakfast. The food was horrible. My son's waffle was way to crisp to eat but that is more of achoice as I know some like it that way. All of our food came out cold. My bacon was so hard from cooling down I couldn't eat it.The toast cold not even buttered nor did we get butter with it. The hash browns cool but was the only thing I ate off my plate.My husband got jumbo sausage way to salty to eat. His whole plate ice cold. We won't be going back! We tried to hand the lady atthe front our money and bill bc we wanted to get out so badly she was rude and said hand that to ur waitress Michelle I don'ttake those. We went to IHoP this past Saturday morning. There were 3 of us, and we'd eaten here in the past and it had been very good,... although it had been a year or so since then. This time, it was quite different. The person who greeted us barely acknowledgedus while gesturing for us to follow her. When we got to what would be our table, she basically just pointed at it and left. Awaitress came over to take our order who apparently came out of the same training school as the person who 'greeted' us anddirected us to our table. We all ordered eggs, hash browns, bacon & toast. My husband's meal came out fine. My meal and ourfriend's meal were not at all. Burned, and I mean charred almost black toast, close to raw eggs on our friend's plate, hashbrowns that were still cold in the middle. One good thing was the bacon was delicious. When our waitress finally came over, weshowed her the issues with the meals and she said nothing and just left. When she came back, she had an order of toast that wasnot quite as burned as the original toast, and that was it. We looked around at the others in that area and very few of themwere eating their breakfasts for the same issues we're having. We finally just gave up and left, as did a couple others. Good service, food is good, and was quickly waited on. Honestly, alot of restaurants in the area could take lessons from here... on customer service with good quality. Reason for 4 stars is bathrooms not in best condition, but they weren'thorrible. Still pretty fast and good service. Still one of the more efficient operations. Food took a little longer as it wasa busier time, but still, pretty good overall. Bathrooms could still use some help... Read more
