Consistently horrible service, bad attitudes and servers shut the window without verifying the order is correct. Asking for... napkins or anything else that is normally free is a hassle. And if I ordered extra sauce, cheese, etc. And it's missing? That'salways on me, never on the staff who don't make the online orders right 90% of the time. Read more
Everytime I come here they are always out of EVERYTHING! Always missing part of my order and gave me a medium cup when I ordered... a large but told me they ran out of large cups but still charged me for the large (and taco bell drinks are overpriced already)I love taco bell but this one is the biggest disappointment in all the taco bells I've been too in my whole life, this one isthe worst and never have anything that's advertised....honestly it's a waste to keep this place open when it could be used as aplace more convenient for customers in this shopping center.....very disappointed. I went to taco bell last night and I was pretty disappointed. I had my usual meal and the chicken was so dry and tasted stale.... They didn't have whipped cream for a mango whipped freeze, nor did they have a lid for the large drinks. They were okay givingme a medium though without a price adjustment. I asked for mild and hot sauce packets and 4 Diablo and got over 20 of fire andDiablo. All unused because I didn't ask for that flavor or that much. For waiting over 20 minutes in the drive through for anorder I placed on the mobile app. The experience could have been better. The guy doing the drive through was overworked, so Icould understand why it was hard to get that much done in a timely manner. I'd like to give a better review, but this isn't thefirst bad experience and they've been open long enough that management should have gotten it together by now. Read more
This Taco Bell lacks customer service and proper Management. Until they can get both of these issues fixed they will continue to... under achieve and under perform. Work associates are more interested in talking amongst themselves instead of offering at leasta little bit if Customer service. This location doesn't have Green Sauce as well, a lot if the other Taco Bells Iv'e been tooffers this alternative sauce. This Taco Bell location is a big disappointment for a town that already has little in the way offast food to offer. I don't reccomend eating at this Taco Bell, you will be very disappointed. Can't get any order correct. Tomatoes left off 3 supreme crunchy tacos. Took them back.(20 minute wait) They gave me someone... else's order. Finally Got the 3 crunchy tacos. NO SOUR CREAM ON TACOS. HOW INCOMPEDENT IS THIS PLACE.??? Check your orders. Ibet something is wrong with them. Read more
Employees are always polite. A few times the items I received were wrong but they were happy to fix it without complaint. I use... the mobile app for ease of ordering and have had to cancel twice due to them being randomly closed. The hours of operation arewonky, seems to be some staffing issues. It?s also disappointing that this Taco Bell doesn?t even open until 10AM all of asudden. Bring back the 8AM opening please! Sincerely, a repeat Taco Bell customer. Update: dropping to 3 stars. I found outthey?re not open until 10 because they do not serve breakfast at all?! Not even when they open. Go through the drive-thru, much faster service. They make you use the kiosk to order indoors and it seems they fulfill drive-up... window orders first. So enjoy the wait. Read more
Still sucks. My nacho had about 15 chip mostly broken you could tell it was the bottom of the bag super salty.
