Drive-thru had a line up, but service was quick and efficient. Food quality was good.
Well, I'm glad Google asked. It's horrible I understand it's lunch time and there is a school nearby but the staff doesn't try... to control the onslaught of noise, profanity and ridiculous Behavior by the kids that frequent that place, I found the onlytable that didn't have a remarkable amount of teenagers surrounding it or standing around it. Looking around the establishmentmaybe 50% of which actually had food. I very much won't be going back here even though I have frequented this location for morethan a decade. Read more

Food: 9 Service: 11! Cleanliness: 9 I've been to so many A&W locations but have never had such a pleasant order taker and so... helpful. Salaira was very polite and was very patient while I placed my custom order for myself and my two daughters. When myorder was ready, not everything could fit on my tray and she offered to bring some of the items to our table. I ad forgotten toask for seasoning for our fries and asked her for some which she also brought to our table. I have not been to a fast foodrestaurant and received such good service as Salaira provided. I highly commend her for her friendliness and service! Read more
THE BEST A&W IN ALL OF CANADA. They are perfect in every way. They have never disappointed me. I went to A&W in Richmond Hill,... and it is absolutely heartbreaking to see the lack of care in that store. I am now loyal to only one A&W and that is this one:) Read more
Going here, you would not believe it was fast food! We have been coming here for years and every single time, the staff are the... friendliest, loveliest humans on earth, the food is fast, but seriously fresh, and the experience is just so pleasant! We wererecently there and the staff came over and wiped down our table and brought us our food and checked in on us, you would havethought it was more of a dining restaurant, than fast food joint! And as much as we love the food, we would really like to putALL the emphasis on the staff. This is NOT an easy job, especially in the past two years, and they seem to do it with grace,kindness, and ease (and I?m sure some days it?s hard to do this), so thank you so much!
