My first impression when I walked in was there is a funny smell to the restaurant. Also what I noticed right away was the... condition of the restaurant. Their booths are old, faded, and dirty looking. Even their mats when you walk in are old and dirty.Small things like this make customers not want to return. Invest in your business and do not let it get run down. This is theproblem with a franchise. One owner gives the rest of them a bad rep. I knew that I should?ve just walked right out afterseeing the condition of the restaurant, but I was hungry and decided just to order a chicken burrito. Nothing about the burritowas fresh. Dry chicken mushy rice. My own fault for not listening to my gut. The owner of this restaurant should do them selvesa favour and not be so stingy and spend the money on things that need to be repaired. The overall cleanliness and vibe of therestaurant is not good . When customers walk in and they see an environment like this, it does not make them want to returnagain. Read more
While eating the meal that staff A prepared she was explaining to staff B how she was extremely sick the last few days. Staff A... also explained in detail HOW she was sick. Staff A was also not wearing a mask. I understand it is not mandatory at this time,but if you were sick please wear one. I am disgusted and will not be back to this location. Read more

The portions here are huge!! Always fresh ingredients with plenty of toppings to choose from. The extreme fries are loaded up... and super crispy! Usually takes awhile to get your order together but totally worth the wait! Read more

This place is a rip off. In the name of offers they give absolutely garbage food. All we need as a customer is good for the... price we pay. Like many others i fell for the buy one get one free burrito offer and I regret it. The burritos were nothing butrice Ina wrap. I might have got countable tiny scrambled pieces of chicken or any vegetable in it. Yes we all know the foodorixes have gone up because of 'inflation' and 'covid' but that doesnt mean we don't deserve to get good food. Find the size ofthe burritos I got for BOGO offer. Read more
