Had a nice family dinner at Boston Pizza, Newmarket. Food was excellent. We ordered Bandera Bread, Margarita pizza and Veg Salad... bowls. Everything was awesome. The Bandera bread is a speciality. The overall experience was enhanced by our server Vince. Vincewas very professional, helpful and very friendly..Suggested a bit and always there for small talk. Vince kept checking from timeto time if we needed anything. 5 Stars for service. Thank you Vince for making us feel valued. Read more
I really have to share this!!! We went to have dinner and we very politely told the servers that previously we had a bad... experience over there and we were hoping to have an amazing one this time. Sadly it was not!!! First of all the calamari waschewy, second of all, the wings were so dry that we could not eat them. We ask again what is happening to that location??? Whythe quality is gping down? Anyways we ask for the bill, they made mistakes with it, then we try to use the kid's meals cards andthey said will not work and they keep adding the food that we return (calamari and wings). Lastly my drink (beer) got andinsect inside and they brought me another beer but only the exact amount left over before the insect got inside (sorry but agood customer service in a chain like this one will not do that) so we left very unsatisfied and definitely we will not give itanother shot. We were polite, and we told one of the managers that honestly the experience was not good again and we explainedeverything I just wrote and of course they did not do anything about it. Rarely go to these franchised cookie cutter diving experiences but I was getting my car repaired and it was a decent place to... pass the time. It is valentine's day so it was a busy dinner service. While it wasn't the cleanest I've seen Boston Pizza. The staff was very... courteous. My 3 year old had the mini cheeseburgers from their menu. It was burned and he couldn't bite into it. I tried it andsame. The staff was polite about it and replaced it. They also did not get my hubby's order right and they quickly rectified itonce we informed them. 4 stars for their response time after errors were pointed out. Food was delicious. Ladies washroom couldhave been cleaner but decent enough. I'd go back there. Read more
