Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The Taro Slush with tapioca it usually my ?go to?, but I recently tried the Honeydew Slush... and it tasted exactly like a Honeydew Melon! There is sometimes a small wait time, but that is just because they are a prettybusy location. Read more
Great tasting Milk pearl Tea... Roasted Milk tea is my favourite.
Wasn?t impressed. Brown sugar in drinks taste burnt. Drinks are not traditional, asked for more boba and after spending $9.50 on... ONE DRINK they tried to make me pay more!! I have been a loyal chattime customer for many years, I regularly buy my drinks in Toronto but since last year I started using... drinks at Chattime store near my house in Newmarket and I have had three disappointments when they always missed the toppingthat I have ordered. The first time they forgot to add Pudding topping in the Honeydew Milk Tea that I ordered, the second timethey forgot to add the Pearl topping in the Thai Milk Tea that I bought last week, I think it was just a mistake by them when itwas too busy. But this third time they repeat the same situation when they missed my ordered Pearl topping again when I boughtit this Tuesday while thier store was not busy that day. I just wonder how a big brand like Chattime can serve suchunprofessional service while continuing to repeat its mistakes with missing customer's ordered. This makes me very frustratedand disappointed when I can't enjoy my favorite drink that I want and causes a feeling of loss of trust in every drink orderedat this store. Read more

I paid extra for the crema and it was not free so I don?t deserve to havesomething from scrape - off container.
