Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The Taro Slush with tapioca it usually my ?go to?, but I recently tried the Honeydew Slush... and it tasted exactly like a Honeydew Melon! There is sometimes a small wait time, but that is just because they are a prettybusy location. Read more
Great tasting Milk pearl Tea... Roasted Milk tea is my favourite.
Wasn?t impressed. Brown sugar in drinks taste burnt. Drinks are not traditional, asked for more boba and after spending $9.50 on... ONE DRINK they tried to make me pay more!! Other places charge half the price for double the size and better tasting. Staff alsonot very friendly. Won?t be back here nor would I recommend. Read more
I have been a loyal chattime customer for many years, I regularly buy my drinks in Toronto but since last year I started using... drinks at Chattime store near my house in Newmarket and I have had three disappointments when they always missed the toppingthat I have ordered. The first time they forgot to add Pudding topping in the Honeydew Milk Tea that I ordered, the second timethey forgot to add the Pearl topping in the Thai Milk Tea that I bought last week, I think it was just a mistake by them when itwas too busy. But this third time they repeat the same situation when they missed my ordered Pearl topping again when I boughtit this Tuesday while thier store was not busy that day. I just wonder how a big brand like Chattime can serve suchunprofessional service while continuing to repeat its mistakes with missing customer's ordered. This makes me very frustratedand disappointed when I can't enjoy my favorite drink that I want and causes a feeling of loss of trust in every drink orderedat this store. Read more
Friendly and quick customer service. I recommend the Taro or the Matcha Roasted Milk Tea. The tapioca was fresh with the perfect... consistency of soft and chewy. Definitely a top bubble tea shop in Newmarket! Read more
Very convenient location across from Upper Canada Mall. The best experience I have ever had at a Chatime. Let's be honest here,... during COVID, the lineups have increased astronomically anywhere we go... from supermarkets, to restaurants to retail stores, wehave to line up EVERYWHERE (due to physical distancing). Any bubble tea shop I have walked into, I end up having to wait atleast 20 minutes (or more) for my drink. This has yet to happen here! I have visited this location several times now and thestaff has ALWAYS been super friendly and helpful. They seem ready to not only serve the customers standing in front of them butalso prepare the steady stream of online orders coming through their machines. The slush, teas and drinks are made to yourspecific taste and the ingredients are always fresh and tasty. The store is very clean, cozy and has a number of seats for youto meet up with your friends and enjoy a bubble tea and dessert (obviously not during COVID). I highly recommend this locationif you are looking to spoil yourself with a delicious beverage or a tasty treat from Bake Code. Read more

I ordered iced matcha latte with sea salt crema and the sea salt crema they put was from an almost done container and just... scrape off the container to fill-up my drink. I paid extra for the crema and it was not free so I don?t deserve to havesomething from scrape - off container. The employee didn?t even bother to apologize but instead laughed and insisted it?s fresh. Read more
