Had Lunch with my mom and friend yesterday. She turned 99 on Sunday and I called to make sure they were open. Richard was very... pleasant when speaking to him on the phone and offered her a free dessert even though her birthday passed the day before.Christina took our orders and was very sweet. Visited our go-to "date night" place this afternoon after several weeks of enjoying the summer in our backyard. Pleased to find... a welcoming from staff and management as though we hadn't missed a day. This is why we're regulars, we always feel athome....Great service, apps, and menu but the overall consistency of this Fionn McCools is hard to find elsewhere. We highlyrecommend "Band Nights" as the talent is top notch and the atmosphere is lively, very enjoyable. Great to see everyone today! Read more
Hosted a birthday party for 40 people last month, and everyone had a great time. The manager was very accommodating with my... requests leading up to the date, and the servers on the day of the party were all so nice and helpful. The food and drinks weregreat and served on time. Went tonight with my mom. We were seated in the bar area. We were one of two tables that were taken. The rest of the bar was... empty. We sat for 15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us. No one ever came to serve us. There were two bartendersbehind the bar, chatting and laughing. Many servers walking around. Many of them looked over at us, but no one ever acknowledgedwe were there. The manager also walked by and looked at us multiple times and did nothing. All the staff seemed to be having agreat time, but unfortunately they aren’t paying much attention to customers. I had an AMAZING time here! We went for my grandmothers 80th birthday. The food was incredible, They had the best mozzarella... sticks I ever had! The drinks were great! I’m not old enough to drink, so I got a mock tail, it was called “the pear and thepiper” and it was fantastic! Also I know this is weird but they had really good water. It was our first time there, we sat outside that was a beautiful patio, including two areas of shaded and non shaded with a... fountain at the center that gives you this choice to sit under the sun or shade (based on the availability of tables). Ourwaitress, Kristie, was very friendly and checked on us a few times at proper moments. But I have to give the food 2-3 stars… The tuna salad was not tasty at all, the ingredients were fresh though! So we asked for extra dressing and the waitresssaid, they might forgot to shake the dressing bottle ???? The wings I ordered, was very dry and too cooked, although the wafflefries were very crunchy and good. Read more
