HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE the owner is as rude as can be. they mess up orders and say they?ll replace and don?t. when i told them they... messed up my food the owner accused me of lying as he said it was impossible his workers made an error. I offered to take apicture of my order to show him but he said it was unnecessary. He agreed to replace and when i arrived would only replace aportion, totally NOT what he agreed to. He continued to tell me other people were calling and complaining and that he needs tobe on the lookout for scammers. he told me he?s seen my number call and complain many times. i told him that?s impossiblebecause i?ve never called to complain at any harvey?s, let alone this location. i offered again to show him pictures but hestill refused and continued to yell and tell me i?m lying. this owner is an absolute nightmare. i love harvey?s but will not bevisiting this location again. With the discontinuation of the Lightlife burger and the fact that the dining room closes at 8 pm on a Saturday night, I truly... believe that this location, and the entire Harvey's chain for that matter, is no longer relevant in the marketplace for vegansand vegetarians who will now stay away in droves as per an "enhanced" veggie burger that is now the only plant-based option onthe menu. We eat more than vegetable and fruit salad. Heck, even people of all diet types are annoyed with the chain. Keep itup and you'll go out of business, joining the ghost yard of failed businesses that lost their way by not providing a stellarcustomer service and lots of options on the menu. Read more
I hate the sneaky, unethical upselling that occurs here. I asked for a kids meal with Apple juice as the drink. Looked at my... bill afterwards and saw an extra 1.30 on the bill for the apple juice. I went and asked why the charge when Apple juice issupposed to be included in the meal. I got "oh, you wanted the juice box apple juice, we charged you for the large bottle ofjuice" then offered me to switch it out for the juice box and refund me the difference. I never asked for a larger juice. Iasked for the kids meal for a kid with me and apple juice as the choice of drink. Customer service here was bad and I am notimpressed. Also, when the burger was dressed, drink and onion rings in place on tray that was sitting beside garnish station theemploy started to help someone else complaining aboit somwthing forgot in their order instead of passing me my order that wadcomplete first. Kids meal was also supposed to come with a plant which I had to go back amd ask for. These people need to getthere act together with their service and upselling. Harvey has great food but very typical at numerous locations that theservice of bad with constant errors. Read more
A typical Harvey's experience. The dining space is open and bright with plenty of seats. The TV playing a news broadcast can be... distracting but there are places to sit so you don't see it. The staff are friendly and efficient, able to prepare your burgerquickly and exactly as requested. Restrooms are small but clean and well maintained. A good experience and a good value. Read more
