Worst service ever. The lady who takes the orders at the drive-through keeps yelling on the mic. The first time the fries box... was half full, today, I ordered 14 pieces of chicken bucket and I am so disappointed! The chicken was double cooked almostmashed, we found a long hair in the bucket!!! I?m giving 1 star because I cannot leave zero. Have been eating KFC for decades and have never experienced such low grade... chicken. Chicken looked like it had been double fried, bones were black with broken shards(choke hazard) throughout. Reached outto customer service but never received a call back. So I went there last week. I have been stewing about this since then. You expect people to pay over $40 for what seemed like 3... day old chicken. I bought the chicken sandwich, honestly you could have shattered the window with it, it was that dry and hard.Also if I ask for potato salad I expect potato salad not macaroni. Scorching chicken sandwich was very good. I hope it is here to stay. The hot wings were also good; KFC hot wings are underrated.... The 4 piece chicken was okay. Some of the pieces were quite dry.
