No music, no friendly staff, exaggerated picture with chicken portion in their sandwiches. If the picture goes along with the... portion, I'll say the price is about right. I liked this place. I really did. Big Mary is very delicious. My only negative 3-star issue with them is that they don't seem to... honor their working hours. It says they close at 9pm, and yet I faced a locked door (with staff still inside) at 8:40pm. Verydisappointed. Read more

Came here on opening week. Didn't realize it was the 200th store. Ordered through the app to collect points. All items were... delicious. The macaroni salad was surprisingly very good. Worst Mary Brown location ever. Order a 13 piece family meal and they gave us only subpar amount of fries. We should have gotten... LARGE fries but it was filled only halfway. To make things worse, they are illiterate and can't seem to follow simpleinstructions. i asked for 8 spicy with the rest being regular, but they gave us 8 regular and 5 spicy. Only one thing they forgot my drink, but it was my fault didn't look through the stapled closed bag before I left the area, and... live too far to go back. Staff was courteous and the service was quick. Big Mary seemed extra big today, she was busting out of the bun. Have read the... other reviews and a common theme is obviously emerging. Food undercooked. My sandwich exterior and chicken inside was great,but it wasn't quite cooked enough to firm up the breading between the chicken and the crispy crust. It was edible, but a bitslimy. Owner please look into this for the sake of your patrons. Still giving 5 stars because the place was clean, staff wasgood, food was just probably another 20 seconds in the fryer from being perfect. Very nice however to get something that wasobviously just cooked right then instead of sitting there drying out and hardening in a warming tray, so congrats on that also. Read more
