Self-serve kiosks frequently do not print receipts or issue pick-up tickets at this location. On this occasion I ordered two... coffees and two muffins, no idea what my ticket number would have been, printer not working. Waited 6 minutes watching thetake-out counter for my simple order... gave up and requested a refund from the cashier. They processed it and I left. Wenthome to see I was billed twice instead of refunded. Now I have to watch my account for several days until this gets cleared upor pursue with a dispute. I'd already stopped using the split drive-thru at this location because they mess up orders here toofrequently. So... it seems I'm done with going to McDonald's for coffee and treats. I?ve never had such greasy burgers and undercooked fries. There was more grease on my shirt than anything. Literally dripping.... Fries were super soggy and undercooked. There was about 100 fruit flys flying around the fountain drink / ketchup location. Popspilled, ketchup flung on the counter. My eating area had food remains all over the floor and on my chair, it was like thisalmost at every seating spot. All garbages inside were over flowing and smelled. It is absolutely filthy. There isn?t a clean surface anywhere and the washrooms are disgusting. There are flies. Poorly managed... and very disorganized. Lost my order - only ordered an egg McMuffin. Not up to standards. Read more
Worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. Between getting my order in a bag that had some gunk all over it and on my food containers... to serving the most disgusting coffee ???? cappuccinos taste like literal garbage so I didn?t drink them this morning and thecoffee is always burnt. Management doesn?t seem to care even through the multiple complaints nor were we offered a newcappuccino or anything to make up for it. Read more
The coffee was cold and had to be reheated twice. The order of large fries was not full in my opinion. The servings are bigger... in other McDonalds that i have visited. The cashier was defensive and did not speak English very well. Burger and muffin werecool. I don't think that the coffee was decafinated because I couldn't sleep well that night. This has happened in the past atthis restaurant. I doubt if i will ever go back to this place. Read more

Food was alright. But the one lady in the back kitchen. Was yelling constantly at one of the employees. So loud that everyone in... the restaurant stopped and stared at the kitchen. Very unprofessional if she was a manager. Take it to the back or office andspeak to the person. Keep that up. And no one will work here because of her. She needs to be spoken to as well Read more
