Went in on a Saturday for my lunch break. I work in the plaza, at 3:45pm didn?t realize they closed at 4:00pm . Asked for one... pizza slice and the owner offered me 6 slices for $8. I just needed a slice. Waited 7 minutes and had to ask one of the 6 staffto get my slice out of the oven. They all looked like I annoyed them. Was charged $4.80 for one burnt slice. So here I am looking at a picture of a donut on Molisana's google page which by the way was posted by Molisana Bakery... themselves. So I paid them a visit and asked one of the girls if they have donuts, she said they don't, then I asked when do youusually make them? She said we never had donuts, with a rude sarcastic tone while looking at another costumer. SO 1 star forthat and your poor customer service. And delete the picture of the donut so people don't think you make them. Read more

We had Molisana Baker cater our wedding and what an amazing experience we had with them from our food tasting amazing to the... customer service we had dealing with the owner Tony! He went out of his way for us and made sure everything was perfect. I wouldhighly recommend Molisana Bakery for your catering needs or even for a bite to eat! Used to be great for chicken ceasar salad lunch. Last 2 times we got these salads. Dressing seems to be watered down a lot. It... used to be very creamy. Chicken is ok. Must say that this salad is not cheap at almost $15 pp. Been going to molisana for sometime now but these are the changes that we kinda don't like unfortunately. Read more
Never have I seen such horrible and unhygienic customer service. The staff consists of teenage girls who spent their time... chatting and making out with their boyfriends instead of assisting customers. Worse yet, management didn't seem to care sincethey spent most of their time in the back instead of overseeing staff or reinforcing proper food-handling methods. (Oneparticular employee was continuously wiped her nose with her bare hands, handled money and then proceeded to serve food withoutwashing her hands first. And if that wasn't bad enough, she then leaned up against the hot table and began to play with her longhair directly over the food trays!!! Don't be be surprised if you find a long strand or two or three in yourlasagna!...Baaaaarf! - Absolutely disgusting!) It wasn't hard to observe all these things going on around me when you're forcedto stand there waiting over 30 min just to have them slice 100g of salami!!!
