Service was great, very accommodating and considerate. The place itself is warm and has nice ambiance. Whipped feta was a great... appetiser, delicious. Tuna poke bowl was great and the mushroom sirloin was perfectly cooked. Try their new cocktails, they wereamazing. Read more
Came here on a Sun eve - Service was quick and waitress was polite and attentive????????The mushroom steak was quite salty (the... mushrooms & sauce) and the portion of veggies was a little too small for my appetite. I didn?t even get a drink (all I had waswater) and after tax and tip, my bill came to $49.06. Definitely a hefty cost for a salty, small meal ???? Don?t know what to say really, it seems to be a sign of things since covid, service was not great, food took forever and even... though server was apologetic it was as if we should expect it? Moxies Newmarket has a really urban chic meets sports bar sort of charm. We were a high table of 8 right in the middle of the... main lounge but there were lots of smaller low tables in a variety of settings for smaller groups. The 10oz peppercorn steak Iordered medium well was excellent. Succulent, flavorful and done to perfection. The server Jessica and the hostesses were justpaying us just the right amount of attention but knew to leave us alone if we wanted to just talk and order later. We werehaving so much fun that we hung on and chatted after we paid for another 30 minutes and we were not rushed at all. Highlyrecommend Moxies at this location. ???? Read more
