2022 October: 2/5 -hygiene/cross-contamination... = 2/5 -burger = 3.5/5 -friendliness = 4/5 Had to ask the server to change... his gloves after he handled the till (was about to make my burger otherwise)...for the most part he was friendly...burger(PICTURE INCLUDED) was okay spiced well in some spots, plain in others...was not impressed that he was making bacon from oneorder and beef from another order so close to one another (PICTURE INCLUDED)...have a few friends who do not eat pork productswho if they saw this would never eat from this place ever again...finally you can tell the guy working is new and has not beentrained properly, he was wrapping the burgers with the wrappers inside out (PICTURE INCLUDED)... This location is hit or miss. What?s not hit or miss is the amount I pay every time. Inconsistent quality will result in... inconsistent customer visits for a business. I went on Tuesday and got 3 $6 specials. Not a bad amount of food for the price but not a great deal either. The poutine was... pretty good. The sandwich meh. The steak filling tasted okay but really disappointing bread for a sandwich place. Read more
Used to be my go to cheesesteak sandwich spot but their customer service has been disappointing due to their unpleasant... demeanour. Seeing their unkept hair was also off putting when watching them make the food. The prices have gone up while thequality and quantity have gone down. I would give this a negative rating if I could. I remember when the Davis location opened, the food was incredible and the... portions were huge, even if the price was on the higher end, I was willing to pay it. However, today I ordered 30 dollars worthof food and I got the soggy, tiny mess you see in the photos I took. The buns were soggy and it genuinely looks like thesandwiches were thrown into the foil and tossed into a bag. Not to mention they were stone cold. I could literally count thepieces of lettuce and other toppings. The service was atrocious and its very clear that the teenagers working there are doing sowithout any supervision. The restaurant is filthy( no pun intended) and when I called to ask why the sandwiches were in such astate I was told that the portion sizes went down but prices have went up. As a restaurant owner myself I am appalled at theexperience with the Davis location, sacrificing quantity and quality, but still raising prices and the employees admit itwillingly, it's amazing they still have business. Don't ever get food from here, it's not worth the cost and the taste ismediocre at best. I will be telling anybody who asks me, to never step foot in this establishment.... ever. Read more

We love Philthy Philly's Cheesesteak and Poutinerie, and order from only this store (on 56 Davis Drive) regularly for the past... two years since I first tried it, and moved within the area! The best-quality halal steak sandwiches and poutine in Canada canbe found here. Crystal and Madison went above and beyond with our order and are always so kind, and helpful. Our Uber Eats orderwas misplaced by the driver, and we got a call from Philthy Philly's letting us know that they would make us new fresh ones, andthey also gave us free onion rings, poutine, and drinks to accommodate which was more than enough! The onion rings were amazingas well, and everything is always consistently delicious, and I never had anything to complain about ever. I can eat this foodany day, anytime, it is really that good, I always go with the Philthy size cheesesteak! I want to thank Crystal, and Madisonagain as they did a huge act of kindness that will not be forgotten. We will always order from Philthy Philly's, and highlyrecommend it to others! Need to have negative ratings. This was my go to and it has gone straight downhill in the last year. Sandwiches always seem to... be dipped in water. So soggy you can't even pick it up without it falling apart. Don't try and bite into the sogginess unlessyou want to be sick. Who knows why it's so wet. I've seen how these were made in the past and have no clue how they are gettingthe bun so full of liquid without it literally being placed on a counter that was just wiped down. Pretty sad but I guess theowners are living off the name and quality that they used to have until they go out of business. Read more
