Ordered their fried chicken and pho special. Their fried chicken was better than any fried chicken around town and so was their... pho. We eat lots of pho before and the broth here was full of savory richness and perfect depth in flavor, not salty and no msgaftertaste like at other pho places, just perfection. I?ve been on a pho kick! Pho Fusion has a lovely interior. They do a great job at upholding COVID protocols & the service was... quick & pleasant. The crispy spring rolls were yummy, but a tad over cooked. The Rare Beef Pho was delicious! The broth wasspectacular & the quality of the beef has got to be the best I?ve tried lately. Ordered takeout and got the vegetarian pho. The order placement was a breeze and food was ready when I got to the restaurant.... The restaurant itself was really pretty and dishes they served looked mouth watering. Would love to dine in once. The food waspacked cleanly and marked. The pho, although not exceptional, definitely checked off all the flavors you would expect from thisdish. The nice thing was they asked me if I wanted any plastic cutlery rather adding it be default. Ordered large , and they gave me small. I even paid extra 3 dollars for this I am so disappointed. They keep insisting ... it's a large. Also clearly labelled "S" Update: I always order here, and you insisting that nothing is wrong with what yougave me really pissess me off. I know what your P11 large looks like. And by the way for people who are trying to buy noodlessoup here. It doesn't matter what size you buy, that extra $4 you pay for upgrading your noodles into extra large is a waste,they will give you the exact same amount of noodles as if you were buying small. Buying Extra Large Pho, customers pay for theexact same amount of noodles and beef and 1 inch of extra soup. If you want additional soup on the side, they will ask you topay $3.50 For extra large and then give you a small container "S". ****I don't mind paying extra for the soup. I do not hesitate to name this restaurant as the best Vietnamese restaurant in Aurora/Newmarket/Georgina/Bradford area. On top... of a huge portion at a very reasonable price and kind staffs, everything is very delicious. If you feel like something soupy ornot, this restaurant will definitely fulfil your cravenness. I was here for dinner and we witnessed the owner fully yell at and shame a take out customer for coming in after he complained... that his beef was raw, he ordered the beef well done because they can?t eat raw food. The owner went on to call out the poorserver in front of the entire restaurant blaming her for the mistake and treating the poor girl like she was worthless andthreatening that she would take the cost of the food out of her pay. Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. I willnot give my hard earned money to owners like this. Learn to how to treat your staff and your customers. Shameful! Read more
