This pita artist named Marin made me the best pita I have ever eaten. I had an amazing pita and experience today and wanted to... share and say thank you. Marin is friendly and personable without compromising efficiency. She had excellent product knowledgeand spoke highly of the product and franchise. She should be opening up her own location because this girl has it all- the workethic, personality, product knowledge and passion. When service experience is at an all time low this employee would be an assetanywhere she endeavours. Oh yeah? and the pita was delicious. I will return. Thank you Marin and Pita Pit. Read more
Intended to get a pita for lunch. Two ladies were working in the facility at the time. Both were very pleasant and attentive to... my needs. Service was quick. And food was made to order the way I expected. Would return in the future if I was in the area.Parking is limited and maybe a little difficult to get in and out of because of Leslie road being so busy. Read more
Normally my husband and I have no complaints about this location, and we even drive across Newmarket to come to this one,... because we find the service better than the location at Young/Davis. We ordered using the app on Saturday and picked up ourrice & salad bowls to go. I'm not entirely sure how mushrooms and pickles are remotely close, but mushrooms were not asked forand pickles were. We'll still give this location another chance, since we've never had a bad experience here before, I justfeel like more attention needs to be paid to ensure people get what they ask for. I'm just glad this isn't something we got formy Mom, since mushrooms are an allergy for her and this could have ended differently. Read more
I rated that I "liked it" instead of "loved it" for one simple reason; the service. The food was fresh and tasteful and the... server was fantastic all the way up until the point where I asked for both olives in my chicken pita. The look of pure disgustand shame in her face when I did just absolutely crushed me. A man should be able to have olives in his pita free of judgement.Now I must eat my chicken pita with olives in utter shame in my cavern. Shameful display. Read more
Decided to check this place out because it was close to my work, I purchased 2 chicken shawarma?s for me and my friend and come... to unwrap it and found everything to be vegetables and 1 or 2 pieces of small meat, i took it back and the girl named jen orjenna refused to help me out with anything. I left the ?shawarmas? right there with them and walked away 30$ less in my pocketand an empty stomach. Biggest disappointment i don?t recommend anybody to even try this place! Read more
Ordered delivery and the packaging was terrible. Received 2 soggy zesty chicken & bacon pitas and wet napkins in a plastic... ?thank you?bag. Ingredients unfortunately did not taste fresh. Needless to say dissatisfied and disappointed. Read more
