You better check what you're paying for and take the receipt, we've been charged twice for the same drinks , thought we told... that our friend already paid for the drinks and we came to pay for another drink ,the guy charged us for the new drink and theprevious drinks aswell, we only saw it at home when we checked the bank account, if we would be provided with receipt as should,we would see it on the spot. Been a long time customer of this Pizza Nova location, and I?ve yet to be disappointed. Pizza is always fresh, wings are... delicious, and their dipping sauce is fantastic. Drivers are always courteous upon delivery. Overall, a great experience! Read more
Completely disorganized. Pollini?s ready 10 minutes before pizza. Drivers yelling at the staff about confusion on orders. Then... my pizza sat there for 5 minutes getting cold. What a joke. Read more
So I?m never ordering from pizza nova again. The fact that a simple XL 3 topping pizza (23.99)10 nuggets, 2 pop cost 70$ before... tip is absolutely Fn ridiculous. I will never ever again order anything from this place. And they know we was good customers.Time to go back to doing it ourselves. 75$ after tip for what? You lost a once a week client. Read more
We are normally huge fans of pizza Nova. Our last 2 order have been less then yummy. Not sure if there is a new cook or a new... dough but as thin crust lovers this crust has sucked. Way to hard to chew. Not up to par at all ???? Read more
Just picked up two Canadian slices and they where cold . I should know because she took them out of the oven after one minute... maybe less. Not going again because on top of the fast service no napkins were given and when I asked for some she gave only twoand didn?t look happy with my request. A smile at list would be nice . My family and I have eaten at pizza Nova as or favourite pizza restaurant for years now, but within the last two years or so... (possibly new ownership) the consistency has substantially decreased. Occasionally the pizzas are as they should be, made todirection with an appropriate amount of toppings. But most times you get thin crust when you order regular, the toppings aresparse and poorly placed. The staff, particularly the woman who works behind the counter, is extremely irritable andunsympathetic. Last time I went there (August 21, 2021), I was unhappy with the presentation of my $20 pizza, and was simplytold not to come back if I didn?t like how my food was prepared. I highly recommend if you are in the area, to order from thelocation on Yonge street instead. The staff is much nicer, and the food is always top tier! Read more
Ordered delivery from here and never got the order. Delivery driver lied and said he did, Never ordering from this location... again. Save yourself the time and money and get pizza from elsewhere. Read more
