Last year placed an order on the app. They let me place an order despite the store being closed and I ended up being charged.... Despite being assured by Subway the issue would be solved I never got a resolution. The app is severely broken and at this pointthe frustration is enough that I recommend to never use it and go to any other sandwich chain. RE: Owner replied below butstill no offer of a resolution. Truly a very bad experience from Subway. Read more

This location is located inside Southlake hospital and during Covid-19 they will only serve hospital staff. How are visitors and... caregivers supposed to fuel up and assist to look after their loved ones without having to exit the property. I took out two potato bun Sidekicks for me and my wife. They were delicious. Tried the Chipotle chicken sidekick and savory... turkey ranch sidekick. Both are prepped to recipe. Try them. Other flavors- honey mustard ham and Italian aioli sidekick. Read more
I just ordered ubereats to a family member in the hospital at south lake, down the street from this location. We ordered a 12"... and a 6" Italian white bread only to get a phone call from our family member in the hospital to let us know the bread wasn'tfresh!! ???????? Unbelievable. Disappointing for our loved one stuck in the hospital no visitors allowed who was looking forwardto eating something other then the hospital food. Read more
I get great service and the selection of options is pretty good. The produce is always fresh, as well is the meat. Due to that... fact I will sometimes order a salad made to order. Something new for me is the morning flatbread breakfast flatbread selections,although it would be great if they broaden those choices. They awhile back they started serving wraps that cost a little bitmore but are well worth it. Sometimes depending on the sandwich choice the price of the item can get very steep, but with somecareful planning, a customer can get a very healthy meal with minimal cost. This is consistently the worst Subway I?ve ever been to. It?s one of the few offerings in the hospital so they can get away with... it being bad and still receive heavy business. The ingredients are consistently tired at this location, especially the tomatoes,they?re so mushed up in that bucket they?re half turning into ketchup. It?s at the point where I don?t even consider thehospital Subway and will get in the car to drive off hospital grounds to go eat elsewhere, which is an annoyance. Read more
