Amazing subway in upper Canada mall!!! My go to subway on my way to work. The staff that work here are so friendly and know... their stuff. Even while training the new staff they explain everything to them so well to give best customer service. The staffknow my order which shows they pay attention to their loyal customers. I now just ask for the usual and they get right on it! Iorder a Chicken Teriyaki foot long with all the fixings and man do they pack it full! You will definitely not be hungry aftereating. You can see all the veggies are fresh and if they notice a piece not to their standards they garbage it right infrontof you! 100% want you to have the best sub everytime! The food court was busy today, and there were people in front of me in line so maybe this applied added pressure to the staff,... but food safe standards were not met and I have food poisoning from my meal this evening at this location (I ate here around5:15pm April 29, 2022). Read more
I have been going to this location every shift for the past two years! The staff here are the friendliest and kindest human... beings you will ever meet. Katlin and her manager have been so generous and kind every time I go. Not to mention they make greatsubs! Always giving the best customer service to everyone! Come here everyday during my break the crew make my sandwich perfect everytime. been coming to this location for years and never... once have I had a single issue! Location looks very very clean and staff are well organized. Will definitely keep returning tothis location! Read more
If I could give zero stars to this particular establishment I would. I have visited this Subway Restaurant multiple times on... different occasions to grab an Egg Salad Sandwich and they have never had it. Not to mention asking for other veggie items andthem not having it either. When I went in today, the lady working seemed like she didn?t want to acknowledge me or anything orthat nature. I waited about 5-7 minutes before she even said anything. On top of that she wasn?t even pleasant to talk to. Bothproduct line and customer service skills were lacking. Amazing! Went to upper Canada mall location just after opening and had a great experience. Katrina helped accommodate my super... picky 2 year old daughter so that she was happy and fed while I got to enjoy my favorite sweet onion chicken sub. Also had anamazing apple caramel cookie, so good went back for a dozen to take home. Thanks for lunch and after dinner dessert. Great! Read more
