This is the absolute worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Reading the other reviews, it's clear I'm not alone. I've... been to this location three or four times, as I live near it. Every time, there has been a problem. It's obvious that managementand staff just don't care anymore. I can't believe Taco Bell/KFC Corporate have not shut this place down. It has to be damagingto the brand. The location looks severely run down. Paint is peeling. Signs are faded. Dirty washrooms. Disgusting garbage areain back. Clear neglect of basic maintenance. Try ordering. They never get the order right. It would be comical if it wasn'tsuch a waste of time. If they are awful with the things you can see, it's scary to think about the things you can't see; likefood handling and cleanliness in the kitchen. Needless to say... Sign on door says no dine in pick up only because understaffed (so hire). Walked in 20 minutes before closing only to have them... tell me "drive through only" because the guy at the front didn't want to take my order through the machine. We waited 30 minutes. A large group who ordered after us was served before us. All the workers looked miserable. I'm not one to... judge a book by its cover but the run down depressing side to the restaurant couldn't have fit this Taco Bell/KFC experiencebetter. None of the tables had been cleaned, leaving nowhere to eat inside, bathrooms were filthy. Do not recommend coming hereand Colonel Sanders is rolling in his grave. Read more

Been here three times as it's the most convenient location on my way home, but every time there's been an issue. The first two... times my order was wrong and I didn't notice until I got home (about a 40 minute one way drive) but they were small errors andnothing massive, but definitely annoying. Most recently I arrived right around 4:45pm (family wanted Taco Bell for dinner, andeven though this location is nearly an hour and a half round trip, this is pretty well the closest to my house) and as I wasspeaking to the employee through the loudspeaker trying to order some Taco Bell, another employee walked around the sign andstarted taping up a sheet of paper that said they were only serving KFC as they were understaffed for Taco Bell, at which pointthe employee at the loudspeaker let me know they were not serving any Taco Bell. Reading through these reviews, it seems it'snot an isolated incident. Pay your employees properly and get enough staffing to run your restaurant. I'll be going out of myway to avoid this Taco Bell in the future. Read more
Had to reluctantly downgrade my 5 star review from many months ago. The third last time I visited this location, I had to wait... an eternity. The second last time, during the late afternoon, only the drive thru was open. Tonight, only KFC was beingserved, Taco Bell was not. Update July 2022: I now avoid this location during peak times - the restaurant seems to befunctioning more consistently in recent months. Staff was friendly but the food was just not right. The chalupas, hard tacos and burritos had barely any meat. Asked for mustard... and it was an additional cost for it (really???). I tried the KFC and the 4 piece chicken were all small. Not too crispy almostas if they were made a while ago. Too bad since there?s no other location close by Read more
