I go here every now and then when I want something cheap for a work meal. I always get the same thing, cheesy fries which is... essentially fries with nacho cheese sauce on it, nothing else. It rings up as cheesy fries on the till and shouldn't be thathard to figure out if you've never heard of it and are a worker. Today was one of the now multiple days they have gotten myorder wrong and have either given me plain fries, supreme fries, or cheese fries with beef sause as well. I'm always nice andpolite and never ask for anything extra or get mad when they get it wrong, but never have they once ever offered an extra squirtof cheese never mind a cookie or something. I just don't think such a simple order should be messed up, so many times.Definitely don't buy here often. Read more
I rarely got to Taco Bell as they are just, meh, for fast food. They had the shortest line at the food court, I was hungry and... got exactly what I expected, meh food. The staff were friendly, the food is relatively inexpensive, but not very good. Read more
Extremely rude to me when I went to go pick up a doordash order and the order wasn't ready when I arrived, waited over 20... minutes and the order wasn't ready still. Would not recommend to order or pick up food from this location. Read more
This is a mall Taco Bell. The staff are usually polite, but when they're not, it's because they've dealt with alot of... unreasonable customers throughout their entire shift. The taco bell countertops are shockingly Clean for how busy this locationis. Read more
This Taco Bell is located in the food court of Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket. They serve both KFC and Taco Bell items and now... have plant-based options on both menus. This is a very popular choice for dining at the mall and is often busy. Socialdistancing is being practiced effectively as per mall and local regional health guidelines. Read more
Just left Taco Bell Newmarket and the person who took our order was quite rude with my husband as They are closing in 10... minutes. I understand that everyone wants to go home at the end of the day, but your attitude and tone of voice reflects oneveryone that works with you. If you close at 10 pm than that's when you should begin the closing procedures. Not at 9:50 andmake paying customers feel uncomfortable for placing an order. Having worked in not only fast food as a youth , but also as aserver in my adulthood, being kind and courteous is part of the Job. As is serving customers until close. I love Taco Bell andhope that this review can help the team realize that a positive attitude is important. Read more
If you ever go here and Janice is working? You'll be super glad you chose this location. Impeccable customer service. She is by... far the reason I even order from taco bell/kfc. She is super friendly and extremely knowledgable with both menus. She honestlymakes this location worth picking over the other fast food joints in the food court. Plus the cooks do an incredible job, frieswere the right amount of crisp and the taco that I had was made to perfection. Not too hot, but tasted fresh. The tortilla wassoft (unlike some other locations). And the customer service was better than ive ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Read more
Pretty darn positive we have food poisoning from the Taco Bell in the Newmarket mall. Three of us had a late dinner last night... and all of us are really stomach sick through the night and this morning. The kitchen area looked filthy with fries all overfloor and and just grubby in general. I did not see this till after I ordered and waited ages for our food. I could see in thekitchen where I was standing and waiting. Wish I had asked for my money back when I saw how dirty it looked, as now 3 of us aresuffering badly. Read more
