Can't go wrong with the shrimp teriyaki on rice with half the sauce. This is my go-to meal at any Teriyaki.

Went to this location 4.29.19 for dinner. Ordered a famous teriyaki bowl with shrimp and chicken. When I went to eat it the rice... was hard because it was undercooked. I tried to eat around it. I bit into a slice of chicken that was so tough it broke myplastic fork. After having a few bites I also realized the shrimp was unclean. At that point I was sick to my stomach and wentback to the store. I stated the issues and the employee just said "okay". I asked if they were going to help at all. He offeredto make me more rice. I'm not a person who complains about food but it was inedible and unsanitary. We asked for the help of asecond employee who said he couldn't do anything since he wasn't the boss and told us to have a good night. I asked if this iswhat their customer service is like because I couldn't believe it. He asked what I wanted and I said a refund for the dinner Ican't eat. He took 11 dollars out of the till, handed it to me and walked away from us.So disappointed in the quality of thefood and the lack of customer service. Read more
Quality dropped. If it wasn't for the nice staff this would be lower. Just had the pineapple chicken. Sad experience. No... flavour. If the pineapple wasn't sweet there would be no flavour at all. Read more
Go there all the time, almost every time I go to the mall. I needed a bag and he could tell I needed one, same person who... generally serves me. He said it's 5 cents for the bag and I explained how often I buy fr9m them. over 12$ for a drink and noodle dish..almost no veggies..meat could have been cut smaller. cook was not so pleasant when i asked... where the veggies were...not worth the price and actual meal does not look like the photos!! Read more
Your $10 teriyaki meal consists of 90% of noodles and bean sprouts with uncooked 5 pieces of chicken.. There were 2 pieces of... broccoli and one green pepper. Will not eat here again so cheap with ingredients Read more
The protein bowel has a very small chicken portion. Not worth the money. Especially as it only comes with chicken and... vegetables. Read more
