My favourite Tim?s location out of any of the ones I?ve been to in Canada (Ontario and all east coast provinces). just ordered off of uber eats and got 2 caramel iced coffees. i ordered extra caramel in both and they are disgusting. without a... doubt NO sweetener in here not even regular amount. will not be ordering from you guys again and i know others feel the same way Read more

This Tim?s is not the closest to my house but I go the extraAs I have found this is one of the better in Newmarket. However Not... today. First they didn?t have a donut I wanted so no biggie, then when I got to the window I had asked for a sleeve on bothdrinks but they missed One, which I pointed out, then I had ordered a Land XL but they made 2 L. 5 They fixed it. I stopped in briefly during the day to get coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. I ordered and asked for a receipt to keep track... of things. My coffee was served along with a roast beef and cheddar cheese sandwich that was saturated in sandwich sauce. itlooked gross and didn't smell right. I took the sandwich back into the Tim Hortons and showed them the receipt for my bagel withcream cheese. it took them a few minutes but it was sorted out and I took my order and left. Thank you! Worst Tim I have ever been to for the latest 10 years! Asked for a medium ice coffee with no ice, coz my girl is on period this... day. They only gave us half cup and said that, the ice usually occupies half cup, so no ice means only half cup?! Never heardthis ridiculously a-hole explanation!!! Read more
The staff is SO rude and so slow. Everyone is talking and ignoring customers. Not to mention the staff all look like they smoke... crack. Disgusting and dirty, both the staff and the location. Avoid at all costs. They don't care about the customers at all. Read more
