A staff in this location her name is Wendy is very rude to customer, here is what has happened: I went to this store to exchange... a red Tim mug to a white mug, it?s newly purchased with sticker/label on it and its receipt. She said can?t do exchange becauseof covid. After I questioned her that all employees there including her don?t even wear mask, it is not reasonable for her touse covid excuse and not do the exchange. She then gave me an attitude face, and turned away from the cashier counter refusedto take my order of coffee and donuts afterwards. Was in shock and very disappointed. Read more
This Tim's is One of My favs, JUST for the Team members! Staff is Fabulous, Courteous, they remember regular customers orders... all while keeping up Positive Energy and I ALWAYS leave this place feeling a little more uplifted because they Really take thetime to get to know you....a Must Stop! Meh. This location is at the end of my street, but most times I will drive to another location if we want anything other than... coffee. For some reason they can't toast anything properly, and the staff at this particular location are generally less thanenthusiastic. Read more
No grinds in coffee? Check. Coffee taste hot and fresh? Kinda check. Frosting on cinnamon bun? Not a lot. Overall it was okay.... The black coffee met my standards of quality so it's good but I might have been a little too pampered with the extra frosting oncinnamon buns from another store where I'm a regular, so any other store/franchise seems to not meet my expectations... Would give a 0 star if that were an option. Ordered two frozen drinks, and both of them had a consistently of water. The frozen... lemonade tasted terrible and the iced cap had chocolate stuck to the bottom. All they said was that the machine was like thatand had been broken for the whole day. They offered no resolution to the problem and they were terrible slow in making thedrinks. The staff are not trained sufficiently and the environment is terrible. The floors are sticky and drinks are spilledeverywhere. Would never recommend even to the people I hate. Read more
Horrible experience !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Selling rotten frozen lemonade. The looking was completely different , even though the staff... already knew it?s totally different than usual color. STILL SERVING !!!!!! OMG. Thankfully my son noticed that taste and colordifferent. It?s FOOD and DRINK. YOU CANNOT PLAY WITH IT !!!!!!! Need to learn more about food safety for all staffs.
