Something is wrong at this location. As another reviewer mentioned today, the staff looked lost and overwhelmed. I felt bad for... them. A woman in line behind me today said that she has seen people walk out, without their orders because they can't standthere and wait 10-15 minutes. Horrible service. Ordered a coffee from them and had food from kfc on the table. The supervisor (her name was Margaret I... believe) started to make a spectacle of my friend and I. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, go in to make your order. Drive thru is like 5x the speed. Manager does not know how to manage, it?s... like she deliberately wants people to only go through drive thru. Workers look extremely overworked, confused and zero idea howto keep up a flow. Everyone?s bumping into each other, there?s like 6 people for drive thru and 1 for dine in, meanwhile theline up for dine in is out the front door, literally. AVOID DINE IN AT ALL COSTS, even if the drive thru line extends outside ofthe parking lot you?ll still get served faster than dine in. Read more
