My husband and I came a couple weeks ago and found the 3 ladies that were working to be less than enthusiastic about their job... (no smiles, no greeting, no hurry to help the long line = no tip). We ordered a small to share and the employee over scooped theice cream, mixed in the toppings then, after she filled our cup proceeded to throw away 30% of the ice cream (and as a result,30% of the toppings we paid for). I get that there is a learning curve...but the company and customer are loosing if you arethrowing away product. Also, the ice cream was placed in a small cup then that cup was placed inside a medium (for severalorders in front and behind us). Owner/Manager, please get in this store and train your people! I was less than impressed with this store. This is cream all looked old and melted, some you could see it was refrozen and had... ice on it. Everything was dirty and staff was bothered when you asked about it. Read more
It was my first time so it's to soon for a rating any higher. I have to try more flavors first. I tried the somewhere over the... rain dough. It was way to sweet for me like I expect ice cream to be sweet but that was diabetes in a cup ????. Read more
Coldstone Creamery/Newnan Staff: Incompetent. Inept. Insecure. Inadequate. Worst customer experience. Here?s some insight: It?s... SUMMER time. Your PRODUCT is ice cream. You SELL ice cream. Offering WAFFLE cones are an added benefit to your product. That isa GOOD THING. I watched multiple customers walk in and ask for waffle cones (which you charge extra for) and you denied them orsaid they?d have to wait a while to get one. Where is the owner? Where is the manager? YOU LOST MONEY because you didn?t wantto make a dang waffle cone - which is a good thing for your business! If you?re in the business of happily losing money ? that?sa problem. To make matters worse, they tried to tell a customer they wouldn?t accept her $50 bill. Wait, what? BUT they wereonly accepting cash - which no one would know until they got to the actual site. The sign was posted on the door. How was wasshe supposed to know to have smaller bills - especially if she normally pays with a card like most people. I ordered some cupcakes for my mother-in-law who can't drive. The website offers delivery. I thought that would be great since I... live 16 hours away and couldn't make it for her birthday. The website didn't mention that they used UberEATS to deliver. I wentthrough two different drivers and one didn't know how to cancel on her app. She didn't want to deliver something that was likefive miles from the store. If you are trying to get something delivered from Cold Stone just go through UberEATS and not ColdStone's website. That way you can tip the driver so they will want to take your order. Since you are not the direct customer forthe order that is being delivered there is also no help support. The third driver took the order but couldn't find the addressso my mother in-law had to walk out to find the driver. The woman that I spoke with at Cold Stone was super sweet and eventhough she couldn't do anything for me was at least very kind. The owner did say that if no one would pick up the order that Icould be refunded since 16hours drive time is too far for a pickup. Read more
Definitely a convenient location. My son and I were on our date and he wanted ice cream. No better ice cream than Coldstone.... Didn't open till 12:30. Bummer. I understand why, but 3 years old don't. Prices are high but quality is excellent. Friendlystaff and have some outdoor seating. Read more
Very good icecream flavors to choose from and 4.99 for large icecream bowl is not bad at all. You can add waffle bowl or cone... option as well. Lots of toppings to choose from as well if you like to add toppings on your icecream. Staff was friendly aswell. Service was quick and they also let you taste 2-3 flavors before you can make that tough choice of picking the righticecream flavor. I like that they let you mix and match 2 flavors in one bowl. They also have some of their standard signaturemenu items if you are too confused to order. The reason I gave 4 star and not 5 is cause they were out of waffle cone on summerSunday afternoon. Easily some of the worst i?ve cream I?ve had. Had no flavor and was already melting when it was scooped into a cup (about $6 for... a ?medium? cup). Employees didn?t really know what they were doing either, and also had an attitude. Two people in front of usand we stood there for over 10 minutes, and not a large order either. 3 people behind the counter should be to handle that in notime, but like others have said, must be a significant lack of training. They also did not offer ANY toppings after scooping theice cream just handed me the cup and walked away, with no one at the register. Could?ve easily left with that, but waitedanother 10 minutes for someone to ring it up. Pitiful. Will NOT be returning again. Read more
