I?m from out-of-town, and stopped by just at lunch rush. I heard customers talking about a history of poor service, but that... this store is under new management. The staff was courteous, attentive and efficient, they seem to genuinely wnjoy workingtogether to serve the customers. They let waiting customers know where they were in the queue. The sub was good, but the staff needs some work. There were three employees working, but no one said anything until someone... finally came to the counter. I had to lead the whole conversation. When another staff member finished making the sandwich, shehanded it to me without saying a word. Customer service definitely needs to improve. Read more
The sandwiches are delicious and comes with a pickle. Chips and drinks are extra. Not usually worth the money for a .50 cent bag... of chips. Good pick up area, had it ready within a reasonable time. Read more
The food was good during this trip to firehouse. The worst thing at this store is the service. Employees are very rude and... uncaring. I ordered subs online for pickup. I get to the store around 6 minutes past the time it is suppose to be due. Theydidn't even have one sub complete. Stood there for an extra 20 minutes for them to finish my online order. I put the order inaround 11am and came in around 12:06pm. The order was suppose to be complete at 12pm. Left the store at 12:30. A littleridiculous, but no apologies or anything. Plus, there were free cookies online that was suppose to be free and we called aboutit, they said they would take care of it. Didn't take care of it until I got to the store. They reran my order so it wouldn'tlook late on their end. Will not be returning here for awhile and hope this review will change things. Read more
First time visiting. My wife had the Virginia Honey Ham and I had the Italian. Both sandwiches were very good. I was shocked by... the expense but the food tasted good enough to make up for it. We will definitely return in the future. I would highly recommendthis location. Read more
