I wanted to see the Liverpool match so i went over. Waitress was nice, looked up the schedule on the wall, and put the match on... for me. The menue didn't look appetizing. So i ordered a side of cheese sticks. Cheese sticks were stale and really gross. Themanager seemed to be sitting in the corner across from me. She saw what happened. After the match; I asked for the check andthe waitress said i didn't need to pay. But i hadn't even asked or complained. any way, insisted on paying and left. All in all,what you expect from hooters. This was my first time going to Hooters and I honestly didn't like it. I don't know why the girls have to wear underwear...those... definitely aren't shorts. There are no prices on the menu and there really aren't many options unless you go for the wings. Ihad nachos and they weren't even good. Hardly any cheese on them. Great wings and atmosphere. Love the 3 mile island buff sauce!! Pretzel bites were delicious. Looking forward to my next visit!!
Best and only reason I go is for the view of lovely ladies. I personally don't eat wings with small feathers sticking out of any... food. The Buffalo Shrimp is good but without the waitresses Hooters would have closed down years ago. Only go for the view andbeer. If it's cold !!!! Along with the atmosphere and games being shown on the TV throughout. Ever best part is to watch thetalent of the ladies Hoolahooping. They can make it look sexy. Read more
Went to pick up my takeout order and the staff/waitresses were SUPER friendly, courteous and prompt when I arrived to when I... left. The food came out quick and hot! The wings tasted DELICIOUS! and the blue cheese dressing tasted like it was made fromscratch! Overall a PHENOMENAL experience!??????would definitely recommend and be going back! 10 stars!?????????? Party of two, around 1pm. The place was busy but not slammed, no wait to seat. About that, they tried to seat us in the corner... right next to the restroom, we didn't want to sit there and had to convince them, not a good start. Burgers, they only cook welldone. My mother ordered family dinner for us last week spending $265 at this establishment. 100 wings were supposed to be lemon pepper... but the amount of seasoning on the wings was so minimal that we actually ran to the grocery store to purchase some lemonpepper. When we called to complain, that same day within the hour of picking them up, we were told our name would be written intheir log book and we could have them remade whenever we needed. I tried to order them today and the GM informed me (throughmultiple calls) that he couldn?t replace them bc he didn?t have proof, which was never requested by the manager we spoke to, andthat his district manager would get onto him for having a $140 loss and that I need to understand his side. Doesn?t matter thatmy senior mother spent $265. In between one of our calls I called corporate to complain. After this I spoke to the manageragain and informed him of my complaint to corporate. He then said he was going to offer 50 wings replacement but since Inotified corporate he?d let them deal with it. That?s the short version. Full disclosure, I did lose my cool and curse a fewtimes at him at which point he hung up on me which was probably best. But not once did he seem apologetic or seem to understandour side. He even mentioned that his cooks assured him there was seasoning and that the steam from the container must?ve causedthe seasoning to fall off the wings.
