Everyone here was so helpful! I called to order a birthday cookie cake for my daughter?s 8th birthday and wanted something more... than the ones available on the website. I told them my daughter?s love of Encanto, and asked if they could come up withsomething. Not only did they come up with something, they truly made my daughter?s birthday. She thought it was the best cakeshe?d ever seen. (Her words exactly) The decorators are so talented, the staff so helpful, and I would definitely go back. Ordered a cookie cake to be picked up at 12:30 on a Sunday which was the earliest I could pick up. The cake was supposed to be... a helmet that I chose out of their book. It was supposed to be a Georgia G on the helmet. I had someone else pick up the cake.Our party started at 1:00 and when we picked up the cake there was no time to redo it. I called the next day to speak to themanager but was not there. I was told by the person who decorated the cake that it was the best she could do. I finally spoketo the manager two days later and was told that she had spoken to the owner and that the owner would give me a discount on mynext order. I feel like this was not an acceptable and asked that the owner return my call and I never heard from them. I didn?tchoose something that they did not already have in their book. Better communication with the customer that the decorator wasjust learning would have resulted in me just getting writing on my cake. I think the picture speaks for itself. I asked for arefund and it doesn?t look like that is going to happen. Very disappointed! Read more
I was late for a party and forgot to order a cake ahead of time and went in to ask if they could do a cake really quick and they... got it done in 15-20 mins! It was amazing and the customer service was good. 10/10 would love to visit there again! Read more

Not good! Went to use $5 off I received in my email; woman was not very receptive; kept having to look at email and then asked... about an 'app', finally just took the discount off; definitely needs to learn better customer service; and then I had to usecard for $1.04 instead of cash. Then the cookies were put into bag together....no paper separating them?? Won't be returningto this store..... Read more

Amazing as always the cakes always turn out perfect my compliments to all the decorators they are all so amazing and always nice... and if they can't do a design they always recommend something similar this is the only place I go to for birthday and partycakes the cookies are amazing to all kind of flavors to try each time and each season ????
