Absolutely horrible!! We will never go back to this location. The options were limited due most of the food looking like it?s... been sitting for a long period of time. My salad was horrible and my husband?s burrito was as well. A total waste of our moneyand time. Read more
Rice is undercooked and crunchy. Meat of overcooked and over-seasoned. Veggies were decent though. Salty, crunchy snack made... possible to eat with unlimited refills from the coke machine. Read more
?Do not visit!!!!This has been the second time visiting this location and we were more than disappointed. My chips were... basically one solid Rock! No one cared ! Sellection of topping is always very limited! They charge you prices that are not onthe menu or elsewhere to be found. Read more
At 8pm an hour before closing they are out of sweet tea so I ask if they have anymore and they say since they close soon they... won?t put more out. Also, at 8:30pm 30 minutes before closing I go to get more salsa and they have taken up all of the salsa.Around the same time that I came in they start picking up the rugs and hanging them up on the walkway wall separating the diningspace and line. This is pretty messy and isn?t sanitary. They are also very disorganized behind the counter and don?t know themenu. They try to charge for queso on the side that comes with the nachos. Not impressed. Edit: New Management I suppose but they have an extremely rude female Jaee working. Rude to customers and fellow employees. ... All new faces and only one willing to say I was right. Trez(?) Kindly agreed to help me when I asked him to assist me. Theywould do well to promote him. The restaurant was clean. The staff welcoming. However I almost walked out when they told me myorder of fajitas would be $11 to $18. So after I explained I had never been charged that they realized their error and fixed it.Not to mention a lady returned to get her change that wasn't given. Like other reviews, this location is messy, sticky and needs a deep cleaning. Good thing they have you walk in the front door. I... suggest you walk near the salsa drink area and tables before making your decision to eat here. It really boggles me to seeunused staff behind a counter when there are messy tables, full trash cans and a wet sticky drink areas. If you can't keep thefront of house clean how do we expect the rest to look. I don't plan on coming back anytime soon. Read more
First I would like to say Moe's has always been one of our families favorite quick service restaurants!!! That said... Newnans... Moe's didn't survive the pandemic. The service is terrible and the food is unpalatable. SERIOUSLY! I'm disappointed mostlybecause in corporate restaurants it is next to impossible to mess it up. Not only that they have lost all of their goodemployees and the ones working there now just don't care. We will not be returning until they get their act together. Read more
