I just went up to this location and made an order. When I got back home I checked the food and noticed half was missing. I... attempted to call 7 times to get it addressed with each time the calls went to voicemail after ringing forever. I was chargedfor what I ordered and cannot get ahold of anyone. I will adjust my rating if it is made right but will remain a 1 star locationuntil then due to the lack of attention to detail when filling order while still charging for what was ordered, and notanswering the businesses phone when a customer is calling. Spent 20 some odd bucks on 2 awful meals. They don?t have the fresh veggies they used to have and the orange chicken tasted like... a bed vegan chicken replacement. Don?t waste your money on this place. Prices went up and quality went way down. Read more
I had to take of some business at the bank next door & asked my mom if she'd ride with me and go get something to eat. Knew... there was a string of restaurants here next to the bank where we'd have some choices. Each of us had only ever been in one PandaExpress before (Chicago area for her. Nogales, AZ for me) so we both got something relatively new for us. We both trieddifferent menu items from our first visits as well. We showed up with a group of teenage girls for my daughter's birthday sleepover. They were so gracious to get everyone taken... care of. We weren't allowed to eat in the dining area so we tailgated in the parking lot. The employees were helpful in makingsure we had everything we needed. Read more
This Panda location is huge, and makes the perfect rest stop when on a road trip. Their super greens are such a healthy... alternative to their chow mein and fried rice. With steamed kale, spinach, broccoli and cabbage - seasoned perfectly with alittle salt. I got their kung pao chicken, came hot and spicy loaded with peanuts, black chili peppers, red peppers, andzucchini. Definitely fresh food. I?m very dissatisfied with my order. After a long day at work I just wanted to enjoy my meal. I ordered fried rice, super... greens, egg rolls and sweet and sour sauce. I have never ever been one to complain, ever. I get home and open my bag and thereis chow mein instead of fried rice and no sweet and sour sauce which I also mentioned at least 4 times including at the window?instead there is soy sauce. Basically almost my whole order completely wrong. The man who took my order was kind enough to giveme the cheaper route with my order by suggesting a medium box but as for the order I received I?m very disappointed. This isalso the second time I have come through this drive thru and received soy sauce instead of sweet and sour. Read more
