This store is horrible. They are CONSTANTLY getting my food wrong. (Don't order half and half, they'll just decide to put all... toppings on the entire pizza). I used to order lunch 3 times a week from the amazing tyrone store, just moved into the area. This one is absolute garbage. When I attempt to call to talk to a manager, I get put on hold and never get aresponse. Seriously, Get from lipomas, or hell, frozen pizza from publix is more reliable. Ordered garden vegetable bowl . Received minimal amount of food in bowl . Nothing near what they advertise. Very much unlike the... pictures in their advertisements. Definitely not worth the $9+ I paid . Maybe $3 ????? Read more
Just got our pizza order delivered about an hour+ ago, and from a "pizza-technical-point-of-view", our pizzas were okay. They... charge a $4.50 delivery fee, but at the same time they claim everywhere - including on their pizza boxes - that the $4.50 arenot going to the delivery driver who the customer therefore is being asked to tip additionally. Then I'm just asking myself,what are the $4.50 covering? I assume take-outers are not being charged $4.50, so why when delivered to a trunk of a deliverydriver?s car who is being expected to be paid by the customer anyways? Just a rip-off from Papa John?s side! Of course, I alwaystip delivery drivers generously regardless of the impossible policies their employers may have. Read more
Worst customer service ever. It's gone terribly downhill over the last 3 or so years. Every time I order things are left at the... store and we're told to "call the store" before the delivery person immediately walks away. I call the store and nobody everanswers after waiting on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. The franchise owner and manager clearly do not care about makingsure the customers get the bare minimum of what they order. Filing complaints with corporate will only get you a free pizzasince they don't give partial refunds for the mistakes they've created. So if you're wanting your money back to take yourbusiness elsewhere, you're SOL. If I could give 0 stars, that would be more deserving. Read more
This is supposed to have extra cheese and hamburger. Hardly any hamburger, what is there was dropped in one spot, definitely not... extra cheese and it?s cold. Also, ordered and paid for extra sauces and received none. Read more
The customer service at the store is the WORST. If I could give negative stars I would! The first pic is the pizza delivery with... the seal broken. I called the restaurant and told them the seal was broken and requested another pizza. They preceded to sendanother pizza pictured in the second pic. 22 seals in total on the box. And they really think I?m going to eat the pizza. I wentto the store the next day to return the pizzas and the person at the register tried not to laugh when I explained what happened.Disgusting service! Will never order from them again. Not only was the pizza delivered to my neighbor and not me it was cold, missing our 2 liter, our extra garlic dips, and our... extra peppers. I have been placed on hold a dozen times in a row for 30 minutes now without speaking to anyone just in anattempt to get what i paid for. Talk about getting everything possible wrong. This is not the first time and i have been morethan patient this is the 5th time. Its guaranteed that half the time you order from here the pizza will be terrible your orderwill be wrong or both. Or hell they might even deliver it to the wrong person then refuse to answer the phone. Pizza hut willreplace them as "pizza" in my phone book. Edit: i finally reached someone after 40 minutes who gave me attitude despite mebeing perfectly polite. She told me they would redeliver it in... 40 minutes to an hour. It has now been 2 hours. This has to be the worst Papa John's ever! Can't follow directions for an order and then after 17 mins of being on hold they... just tell me "oh yeah sorry about that, but uh idk what else to say".....never again will we order from here!!! Read more
