They were slow. Sat at the bar... Host followed us with menus. Waited a bit for a bartender. Ordered appetizer which came out... fast. Food came out and mine was COLD. my husband's burger was decent... Cheese was melted but his fries were barely warm. Weasked for a fresh refill and asked to make sure they were hot. Then agree watching several waitresses come up making milkshakesmy husband finally decided to ask for one. Except she made and served it on a Togo cup. And watched as he relentlessly "spooned" it with a straw. The ones we kept watching bring served were in cute glasses with the extra in the mixer cup with spoons. Read more

The food was good. The wait was a little long, but the service was good as well.

Had a wonderful experience here! They have one of the best customer experience teams that I've ever had at a restaurant.... Multiple servers checked up on us and whenever we needed a refill, other members of the team brought out our food in recordspeed. Low-key it was like a hivemind with how fast the employees communicated when to bring out food. One time I barelymuttered that I needed a refill and 20 seconds later a waitress dropped a refill at my table. So even with the work shortage,this restaurant has well adapted to be the most organized and efficient for it's customers. If you're in Newnan, definitelycheck out this Red Robin! Read more

We ate dinner here today. We were a party of 8 and had to wait 30 minutes, which was fine. I ordered the Black and Blue burger,... but with a turkey burger, and a side salad. The burger was delicious! It was juicy and flavorful. Everyone in our party saidtheir food was good, and the server did a great job. We don't live near Newnan, but if we are ever in Newnan again, we willreturn. Read more

I stay an hour away and wanted something different to eat. So I stopped at Red Robin.. Service was just terrible. Food was good,... alcohol drinks were awful as well, but whoever this black woman is DOES NOT need to be working there if she hates her job. Hadan attitude walking us back to be seated even while sitting us down and everything. Just slapped are menus down on a table andwalked away when she couldn?t figure out where to seat us. Also they had tables available all around the restaurant and we hadto wait 10 minutes just to be seated because they said ?only one cook was in the kitchen? when there was plenty of people in thekitchen when I walked by. The service was very good but the burgers were just so so. We had the Whiskey River Burger and the Bacon Cheeseburger with the... unlimited fries. The fries were hot and crispy. The onion ring tower appetizer was excellent. The dirty dishes cluttering theend of the bar was distracting and less than appetizing. Read more
