The location ice cream machine was down/broken during happy hour which was a bummer. My burger was extremely salty, but the lady... who took my order was nice. So good customer service, but the food was not good on this visit. I have visited this locationbefore and everything was good, henceforth the 3 stars. Read more
The use to be may favorite place but lately they have been very disappointing. Today my fries were cold, my bun was cold and... hard, I asked for extra garlic spread on my burger in which I didn't receive went to the counter for some and was give acontainer of ice cold garlic spread. One of the workers in the back was just standing back there rubbing her stomach as if she'ssick but yet back there fixing food without washing her hands. Just nasty. Read more
I guess since they are short staffed the best way to be served in a timely manner was to place your order on the kiosh. Once you... do, they call you up to the counter to pick up your order. The place was clean. I can't speak for service because we didn't havea server. Read more
Food was amazing! I had 2 toddlers with me and they enjoyed it as well! One of them sucked down their milkshake in 2 minutes.... Loved the food as well! Staff was soooo nice and helpful! Even helped me with the toddlers a bit when they saw one of themunfortunately throwing a tantrum! I will be back. All of the workers went above and beyond! We had no idea until we walked in that we had to order through a kiosk even when dining in. We selected our food and asked for... lettuce on our burgers. When we received our order the burgers had no lettuce! We were then told that they were out of lettuce.The Chilli was watery and cold. The fries were cold as well. We will not be returning to this establishment again. Read more
