Me, My wife and her mother wanted Subway. My wife and I drove 10 minutes to this location. We arrived at 8:27 pm. (The store... closed at 9). When we arrived and got to the door it was locked. There were about 6 people inside getting their orders filledand we were left to go elsewhere. Read more
I ordered food using the Subway app. but when I arrived at the store was closed. I called the owner and he said that my card... shouldn?t be charged. I waited several days to see if the charge would be reversed but it was not. I call him again and he toldme to reverse the charge on my card which means disputing it with my bank, filling out forms and supplying documentation showingI tried to resolve it. I even tried contacting the Subway.com help desk and let?s just call them the no help desk! Very poorcustomer service! They had no problem taking my money from my card but for some reason it?s almost impossible for them to giveit back when they did not provide the service they took the money for. Update: After visiting this location a few times I will 2 update my review. I?ve changed my rating to 2 stars. While I have... always been treated well, the rating has changed for a few reasons. 1. They are randomly closed early. I chose this location bcI work overnights and they were one of a few places opened until 9, so for me to pull in at 830 and be closed is frustrating. 2.They WAY over charge. I understand not including your store in promotions bc the prices are low. But to charge me $10 for anitem had I ordered in on the app was $8.75 and then charge $4 for an add on, and then say you don?t do promotions?! That?s justbeing greedy. I sure Subway headquarters will love hearing how you are running your franchise. While I?m all for the little guy,running this business like this is unprofessional and greedy. Original post: I came in about 10 mins before they closed. Theywere super friendly, professional and the restaurant was very clean. I did see the note that a lot of folks were talking aboutwith the promotions, but I get it. If you are trying to run a small business right now, some times you have to make toughdecisions. The sandwich artist this morning was awesome! She was very patient and understanding that it had been a long time since I had... been there. She had excellent customer service skills and comedy while making my meal. That probably was one of the bestsandwiches that I have had in a long time. Thank you again for the excellent experience. Terrible service every time I go here there?s always one person working even on saturdays when it?s packed and there?s always a... problem with the service because the boss doesn?t schedule enough people for the business to run. The poor employee who wasworking had 5 people two of them being doordashers all bugging her while she was trying to make sandwiches. The phone wentunanswered she burnt a sandwich because she was doing to many things at once. She toasted my sandwich wrong as well because sheburnt the previous sandwich she tried to be quick with my sandwich and under cooked it to the point where the bread is justsoggy and falling apart. The workers are always so swamped they always have a poor attitude or just look defeated. I?ve heardfrom multiple employees that it?s a revolving door of new workers because everyone quits within the first month because the bossis so horrible. The boss also has a terrible attitude when there and harasses the workers about how they make sandwichesconstantly to the point where they can?t even get the sandwich out fast because he makes them redo it two to three times so thatit?s ?the subway way? his words not mine.
