They told us our pick up was in 20 minutes, but we had to wait an extra 45 minutes inside the restaurant. We paid extra for... cheese wedges and there was barely any cheese (see picture). Our wings were good, but we did not receive any carrots even thoughwe asked for them. Read more
I could not place my order online because their card system was not working. Then I go pick up my Food and have to wait 20... minutes. Get all the way back to my office and realize they gave me no wings and only 2 boxes of tater tots. I was not offeredany discount or refund of my money only an apology. Definitely will not be eating here anytime soon. Make sure you check yourorder before picking it up because obviously some people do not know how to do their job. Read more

Came here to eat lunch with my mom. Not watch her eat hers before getting mine. Not busy. I ordered a burger and fries she... ordered a salad and fries. She got her fries and salad 20ish or more mins before I decided I was sending my food back whether Ireceived it or not. When I told the food runner I didn?t want the food. She threw the food on the table and said I?ll get yourserver. The Asst manager came by and explained that they had moved to a new process of serving food hot and fresh and that ifwe wanted our food at the same time we would need to let our server know in the future. Let me know that he realized the burgertook 20 extra mins to come out so he would comp it and asked me if I wanted it back. I'm highly disappointed with my order. I ordered 5 mango habanero wings, 5 lemon pepper wings, and an order of wedges, with a... lemonade. All of my food was horrible! It tasted old and refried. The wings were hard, there was more lemon pepper seasoning inthe corner of the box than there was on the actual chicken wings. The fries were burned and crunchy like I was eating chips.Just gross. You can even visibly see it, I wish I would've checked my order before I left..even though I shouldn't have to. Thecook clearly didn't care about quality of the food, because if they did they would've never sent that out to a customer. Iwould've took it back if I hadn't already made it back to work, but the employees were apologetic and issued me a credit. Itwasn't their fault, so that was nice. Tried this place while on a trip. There was no hostess in the position when we arrived. We waited 6 minutes before anyone... acknowledged we were there. Several waiters walked past us. Wait staff is terrible. They will sit you down and then leave you stranded at your table with no drink refills or ever check on... you. What should have been a 20-30 minute meal was over an hour. The two of us waited forever for our simple food orders andwhen we got it there was not even enough buffalo sauce to cover the wings and everything was cold. I did not even know who myserver was because we kept having to flag down anyone who walked by to get water for us and ask for the check multiple times. Iwonder if it was because we were only there for wings and onion rings and did not order any beer. I would not recommend thislocation. As I was leaving to meet my spouse in the car after using the restroom, the manager just stared me down and didn'teven say, "thanks for dining with us". The restaurant wasn't even full.
