Stopped in with the kids, excellent service. They had been slow all day so had started putting up chairs but they were still... able to accommodate us and others that came in after. I ordered the Rockefeller burger (great), onion rings (crispy and not overbattered-good) wife had a burger and French fries, both were excellent and all the food came out quickly. Kids had a hotdog andsome of our fries. My son had a milkshake and that was VERY good. I feel it is a lot better burger and milkshake than yournational burger chains. Definitely worth stopping in. If your concerned over a restaurant being open, it?s easy to call andconfirm they are open for business. With all the staffing issues everywhere all businesses are struggling. Read more

Good burgers but service is poor when they?re busy. We visited on a Saturday afternoon shortly after lunch hour. It was packed... with people. After waiting 45 minutes for our food, we noticed other people who came in long after us get their food before us.It was frustrating. When we finally got the food it was good, but not worth the wait. Average place. Food was pretty quick, staff were okay. Burger Pattie?s were way over done, to the point of being tough. Bun was... cool to the touch, almost as if it had been refrigerated and not allowed to warm up, and the cheese never melted. The onionstraws were also over done to the point of being unrecognizable, more like the crunchies in the bottom of a frying basket. Thebarbecue sauce was the only thing that had much flavor and it was all that you could taste. Maybe it was just an off day! Excellent casual burger place in Newport, about a block from the Levee. One of the best burgers in NKY/Cincinnati area. Fries... are fresh-cut like 5 guys or Penn Station. All the burgers are 10/10. Small building, more like a hole in the wall which I like because it's a dying atmosphere. The service was unfriendly but fast... so that being the case, I'm not complaining and the food was f*cking great including portion sizes. Read more
