Ordered online on a Monday night. Arrived at the estimated time it would be done. When I arrived it was busy, and I knew I might... have to wait. I asked about my order and they stated they were waiting on one item. 45 minutes goes by, as I politely wait.They clear out all other waiting customers and ask me what I want to substitute my pad Thai for. The one item I was waiting onthey didn't even have the ingredients for. But waited to tell me for 45 minutes..... asked for a refund, well see if they can dothat successfully.... Read more

We ordered 3 meals for delivery off their website. 1 of the 3 was delivered and the pasta was half cooked. I called and was... told they were out of one item completely but I could come pick up the other one. I asked for and was told I would be given arefund which never was refunded. This restaurant has fallen apart over the last few years, quality and reliability are nonexistent. We have eaten their food for the last time. Read more
They had a busy rush on a Sunday night for to go orders & the manager (I?m assuming, it was the one with the black shirt) kept... every calm & asked every single person who was waiting for their order, what their name was & told them how long it would be.She was very attentive & acted well under high pressure.
