Went to this location for a quick late dinner after working and moving all day. As soon as I pulled up to the order screen my... greeting was "yeah" and when I asked for a minute I was told "just don't sit there all night". While ordering I was asked whatelse and then told to slow down as he said numbers I never ordered and then told me it was on the screen what I asked for. WhenI asked for the manager he was apparently "the one on the headset" I had to ask for the third drink and was shorted one tacothat came with one of my meals. My crunchwrap Supreme was split open (in the pictures) cheese everywhere from the tacos and dueto the rush I didn't even order everything my family asked for. Absolute rudest and worst fast food experience of my life. Ifthat is the night manager's attitude and demeanor I'd suggest never going there at night. Read more
Their night shift is terrible. They sit outside smoke and they send people away saying they need 20 minutes because they wait on... food to cook. I go and come back in 20 minutes they say the same thing. Then I said you said that 20 minutes ago, he said ohsorry about that let me check if it?s ready. Yes it?s ready you can order now. Went to pick up my Uber order and all the employees were outside smoking and then was told it would be 20 minutes until fresh... would be ready?.. but yet all five of the night crew were outside and then eventually two of said employees went inside? thisrestaurant at night is trash!! Read more
It's a taco bell. Pretty standard experience. I will say the staff here seem friendlier than at other local locations. Drive... through traffic can get dicey, so pay close attention. Folks coming from the Newport gaming center don't usually pay attentionto where they're going Read more
Literally the worst fast food in Newport. Nothing is ever served correctly. Food is always cold and half out of the wrapper.... Don't go here, it's a waste of money. This was the grilled chipotle ranch chicken burrito. Cold as hell, no sauce and one pieceof chicken. Whoever is 'running' this place needs to get it together. When I pulled up tonight, half of the associates areoutside and there are no lights on...not even the menu. This place is just a disaster, and it has been for months now. I literally just wanted a my cravings box with the chalupa, soft taco and cinnamon twists. I added a nacho fry. And somehow this... is what I ended up with $25 later and not wanting to argue lol 4 burritos, 4 hard tacos, a whatever the other thing is and thecinnamon twists and nacho fry?s. No chalupa, no soft tacos.. how? Literally the worst mess up ever. I?m one person and got noteven half of what I actually wanted and can?t eat any of this other stuff. I ordered Uber eats twice from them, the first time they just missed a crunchwrap that I ordered, and wasn't with my order. I... enjoy taco bell, I'm a fat boy!! I ordered 2 burritos. This is my first one I could RIP in half because the beans are so hard.This location is horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER!! I went there for lunch on a Sunday at 11:20am. I went in and started to order at the kiosk. Then a young girl in her tweens... (maybe age 12) popped up from the booth and said they were closed. Then she walked back and an adult woman came out and saidthey were not open. She then said it would be another 20-30 minutes before they would be open. This location has had majorissues since the pandemic started. I?ve had order?s completely made wrong. Several times the lobby was closed during peak timesbecause of staffing issues. I?ve been treated rudely by the staff and after I?ve placed my order and get to the store I?m toldthey refunded my order because they could not cook it due to staffing issues. Taco Bell is loosing money on this location due topoor management. I?m done giving them any more chances and I?m telling all my friends to stay clear of this location. Read more
