Took my boys here on Labor Day because the other restaurants were closed. It was a long wait, as a lot of tourists there as... well. The staff were super great and despite the many customers, I'd say the food didn't take as long as I thought. BUT theprices were extremely high compared to other local places. If I had the option to give ?zero stars? that is exactly what I would give. My family of 5 decided to come here for dinner and... left unbelievably disappointed. My oldest daughter ordered a taco salad and that was the absolute worst part of the entirething. The hamburger looked as if it wasn?t even hamburger. It was so burnt and over cooked and had zero flavor to it. It lookedlike it had been nuked in the microwave for so long, that the cheese that they had put on top of it, was also burnt and we wereable to remove all of the hamburger off the taco salad in one pull. It was gross. She didn?t even up eating that part. She lefthungry. My son had ordered scrambled eggs. They were rubber, flavorless and chewy. They honestly looked strange and he didn?teven want to eat them. My husband and I got onion rings/French fries to share. They were so severely overly-fried. And rest wasdown hill from there. Was going to get desert but used our better judgement based off what was in front of us.. Person who satus was cranky and clearly didn?t want to be there. Wish I would of taken pictures for proof of this catastrophic nightmare. $71dollars. We don?t feel good. Will never go back. Ever. Even if someone else was paying. I ordered a garden salad and veggie omelette with no cheese. The Salad had 2 large pieces of lettuce over top of spoiled... shredded lettuce that was slimy and withered. It smelled so bad I immediately asked for a refund. I don?t know how she eventhought to package it up and give it to someone to eat. It?s obvious that if someone order salad they like to eat fresh cleanhealthy food. Not rotten vegetables she should have tossed it in the garbage and told me that they were out of salad instead ofgiving it to me to eat. I could smell the foul smell through the container. We really enjoyed our food, but definitely felt like it was a good bit overpriced. When the kids gasp and say we should go... somewhere else after viewing the menu you know there is a problem. Our waitress did have some trouble with our order as far asasking for types of toast and us choosing 3 different ones, but all plates were in the end served with wheat. Also the menustated pancakes with a certain meal that our 3 boys ordered and when the food was brought there was only one plate of pancakeswhich she said was for the Mister's meal(which did NOT list pancakes.) So I order from here all the time Usually about 55$ worth because we find it decent.well I ordered at about 5:45 tonight then I... called them back literally like 2 minutes later and asked for the order to be canceled because my father in law was beingadmitted into the hospital and need things before he was transferred to bangor and I wouldnt be able to make back untill about7:30 so just cancel the order i will call and reorder around 7 or so and the woman says ok yeah I'll let the know so I call backto reorder and the woman goes I have this order sitting right her waiting it's been ready for a while I'm like I called and itwas supposed to be canceled she says I took it as you just wanted us to wait to make it alittle later I said I asked for it tobe canceled an I would reorder An she starts giving me Attitude and goes well the order is sitting here waiting for you so I'mlike oh ok thank you and she just hangs up...i normally really like this place but she pretty much refused to remake my orderand was really rude so no I did not go pick up the order because I called and asked for the order to be canceled and I don'twant to pay for cold food and she was just flat out rude I do not know if I'll ever order from here again Read more
