Worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Waited in the drive through for an hour just to get to the window to be asked to park... because the 2 Mcdoubles and 2 double cheese burgers I ordered they said were not ready so I parked waited 10 minutes took myalmost 4 month old in to see where the food was they had probably over 20 orders of peoples food just piled there. My food wasjust sitting there I know this because I worked for McDonald's for over 3 years. So I wanted my food and my less then 8$ backdoesn't sound very unreasonable for the time I spent waiting and having to bring my baby in then being disrespected by the oldlady at the register saying I'll have the manager come deal with you first off you don't talk to customer's or any person likethat so the manager came up and I expressed that I wanted the food they gave me plus my less then 8$ back for waiting over anhour and my food just sitting and having to go in and get it so instead of just showing good customer service and doing thesimple thing I ask. I get told I can't have the food and my money back but I can either have my money or the food remade wellremaking the whole order instead of just giving me less then 8$ back cost the store more money anyways. But then the managermakes a comment on how my almost 4 month old was looking hungry and that I should just take the food. Disrespect is all I gotwhen I was taught my whole life to give good customer service. I'm ???? percent sure that if the ceo was there it wouldn't ofgone like that. They need to teach there workers. We just wanted ice coffee and a coke. What we got was a hot coffee ( with no sleeve) and an ice coffee (which we thought was a... coke when we started to drive off) came back inside to request the coke we paid for, got a diet coke instead. The staff was niceenough, but messed up the easiest order possible. We wasted money and time at this place, I recommend going elsewhere. Read more

Waited for the line in drive through 45 minutes, then when we got to the first window to pay,the lady there lost our order so we... had to reorder then wait another 20 minutes, we understand they were busy but it's called fast food for a reason. Read more
