Been going here off and on for 10 yrs. Went today with a cooperate coupon that he used to honor with no issues and got told they... no longer accept THAT specific coupon. They Family meal deal. So I'll never return to that one. I went to the one on Telegraphin Monroe and they had no problems taking the coupon . So Don't waste time going where they don't wanna follow the rules. This was a surprise to find all the way iut in the farmlands. Except the service was slow for no other reason than the cashier... seemed to ignore us. Then there was management publicly arguing with the employees. But the same level of burger king productswere there ans didn't disappoint. Read more
This place is absolutely pathetic. I live close to it, so I'm a victim of returning time and again due to convenience, though I... always end up regretting it. 98% of my drive through orders are screwed up. They ALWAYS forget something in your order, ALWAYS. I have a family of five, and once in a while, we are rushed and succumb to fast food, and because this is the only fastfood joint in Newport, I end up getting burned every time. This morning I ordered five orders of French toast stick meals. Gotall five drinks, and only four of the meals. I also ordered "cinni-minni's" for the kids, which are mini cinnamon buns that aresupposed to come with frosting dipping sauces. We didn't get any frostings. A month ago we went there to grab dinner. I ordereda chicken sandwich and wanted to take it back, punch somebody, and ask for my money back. It wasn't even the correct chickensandwich I ordered, but the sandwich it was, was absolutely pathetic. Pic attached. If you come to this place, keep yourexpectations as low as possible, ALWAYS double check your order, and try to be patient with the absolute incompetence you willdeal with. Read more
Worst Burger King ever..... No straws, no napkins, wrong sauce, missing chicken fries, the onion rings are so old that they just... turn to dust in your mouth. Asked for PLAIN whopper Jr's.....got everything on them. Yup.....they messed up EVERY SINGLE ITEMSOMEHOW. Check your bags people....and taste test the food before you drive away. You've been warned.
