It's McDonald's, so I think you know what you're going to get. It's like pretty much every other McDonald's. The new Play place... is definitely lacking, but the old one was older than me, so I'm guessing it needed to be replaced. They have the kiosks forordering, although I personally don't like to use though and use the counter instead. Read more
The Big Mac was put together wrong, and there were too many onions on it. The shake had some of the flavor of the previous shake... in it, the chocolate flavor wasn't chocolaty enough. The Fries were great! Read more
Been here a few times in last month. 2 of my visits got spicy chicken deluxe-wayyyy too much hot sauce and mayo in my first... bite, second bite, fell apart, huge mess. Staff freaked out over a "huge order with like 5 frappes" my husband and I ordered asandwich each and 2 meals to bring home to the family with 4 frappes. Took almost half an hour, got 5 frappes so gave one to thelady sitting in next waiting for order parking spot. Definitely not the best Mcdonalds, and keep it simple if you only have timefor a quick stop. Read more
Went through drive through, ordered a strawberry shake and a quarter pounder with cheese. Only two cars ahead if me, and when I... drove up to get my food, all I got was my shake I had to pull over and wait for the burger as did both the cars ahead of me andthe one behind me. My quarter pounder was brought out in about 5 minutes, I drove off and was on the road when I opened thebox. The burger looked thrown in. And it was burger meat, not a quarter pounder, and someone had a heavy hand with themustard. Couldn't believe this is what's being sold at this McDonalds. Be while before I stop here again. Read more
They are always understaffed, and if you just get a cheeseburger your looking at a very long wait even if you go inside. The... loby isn't even open half of the time, even when the drive thru is packed! HIGHER SOME MORE EMPLOYEES OR STOP CALLING YOURSELFFAST FOOD!!! UPDATE....To be fair, once I finally had enough, I emailed that particular MCDonald's to vent my frustration. Iwent into detail about how terrible my service was, and the manager contacted me. She apologized for my poor service, and sentme two free meal coupons. She also typed a detailed apology and explained her side. So they did go the extra mile to try andmake things right.
