Our delivery experience was right on. ???????? Kid who took my order over phone(had to call bc website says delivery is not an... option even though it is- so call if your address says it doesn?t work for delivery online) was very helpful- he did not ?upsell? though- I was sad when I realized I had forgotten to add garlic butter sauce to the order? it wasn?t ever suggested- whichis fine bc the food was still perfect. (He may not have wanted to up sell bc I was asking if there were any coupons so maybe hewas being thoughtful and not pushy) All in all though I?m still happy- food was great and my pockets were a wee bit padded afterordering. ????Our order was exactly right and upon delivery it was still very hot. Delivery driver was also very professionaland clean cut. Bravo to one of the very few places in Carteret County that can get the order right on the first try???????????????????????? Read more

I ordered wings for the first time and could not be more disappointed. The hot wings were not cooked. The garlic parm had i... don't know what "dressing" on them. Sometimes my house is hard to find because of the corn fields in front of it?but these folks do a really great job of getting... our order to us. 99% of the time our order is still very hot! So I walked in last night to their Newport location and ordered some garlic bread bites. I've never had them before last night... and let me tell you I will DEFINITELY order them again!! They were awesome!!! Besides that , while I was waiting for myorder, I paid attention to the guy working. He is very good at what he does and was very nice and exceptionally fast at whathe does.
