We just wanted a quick and easy dinner. First place we tried was closed for a private event, second place we tried was too busy... and noisy, so we stopped at BK. The service was fast, food was hot and fresh, and dining area was peaceful. Turned out to be agreat dinner and saved a lot of money, too. Thank you! Read more
Service is generally quick, service at the drive up window can be hit and miss, didn't get an original chicken sandwich that we... paid for on our last visit. However, the worst customer service at BK is 100% better than the best service at McDonald's acrossthe street. Read more
Late night drive-through. All of our food was cooled off, the fries were slightly underdone. The lettuce wa wilted and chopped... instead of whole leaf, like it showed on the menu. Staff was polite. Read more
They want $15 an hour but can't make a simple burger. They got the entire other part of the order right. When you order a... double Whopper with cheese no Bacon and no jalapeno. But ends up with a ton of jalapenos on it. The bacon was a nice touch. Butway too many jalapenos. So 1/10 Read more

After moving into Newport to assume a new position and... job I've been to the local Burger King a total of seven times out of seven trips to Burger King six times they gave me anincorrect order on the 7th they close their lobby at 8:00 instead of 9:00 no consistency no quality not a good place to go.
