They obviously hired more people because their service is super fast now and they recently reopened the lobby so you can... actually dine inside now! Most fast food places have a closed lobby and only offer drive-through these days so it's nice to havethat option. Service used to be slow but like I said, they must have hired some new people because now there is hardly ever along line and even when there is (it's the only Taco bell within like 45 minutes in any direction) the line moves quickly. Iused to only come here once a month because of the slow service but now that they fixed those issues I'm here a couple times aweek! Friendly service and great food too! Read more
Hadn't been here in a while. How long you may ask? Well last time I was there, there were folks behind the counter that took my... order. I could ask them questions about my order. Not anymore! I was directed back to what appeared to be a giant cell phone.Well at 70+ I have a little trouble with all the swiping & tapping needed to operate that type of stuff. So that was anadventure. When I got my order I found that somehow someone got the idea that I wanted my frys stuffed in my Taco (saves onpackaging?). So that took a while to straighten out. It was a pretty good Taco. My hubby and I are visiting from Salem and came in last night for dinner. This was honestly the best Taco Bell experience we?ve... had in years. The service was polite and friendly and the food was delicious. We both had Mexican pizza and 2 supreme tacos. Iwas shocked to see a full taco with tomatoes and sour cream on it. Half the time our West Salem Taco Bell forgets the sour creamor tomatoes or there?s only 3 tomatoes on it. And the tacos are usually only half full. The Mexican pizza was also amazing. Jobwell done!! Went to Taco Bell was told I couldn?t pay with a 100 than they told the car behind me there was a confusion at the window but... really they just couldn?t break my bill-forgot two items in My order got home this is what my freezes looked like verydisappointing really don?t even want to give them 1 star except the guy that brought out my missing items was very nice I givehim 5 stars Read more
Taco bell is so entitle. No one in drive through no one inside. Employee was barely even whipeing things down while other... employee doing something else. I was told to use the kiosk to order and pay. They didn't want to even talk to the customer. Theywanted it to go through the machine. That's fine taco bell doesn't want to provide customer service anymore I have no problem ingoing to anymore Taco Bell's. Del taco always been way better anyways. Read more
This morning staff was in a good mood. Food service was quick. Food hot! You must wait to get your wrapped drink straw when food... is ordered. Drinks are given before you receive food. Read more
I order green bean burritos, "just add the green sauce please". The burritos are always consistently well put together, The... staff is always very friendly. I started making this stop once a week to get green bean burritos for my breakfast. Neverdisappointed with the quality. Coast highway, Newport OR Great crew!
