DO NOT GO HERE. They are the worst fast food location I have ever been to. This raw hamburger is what was recieved after being... parked for ten minutes. Go to the Burger King just up the road! So, so much better. This McDonald's has poor customer service,horrible food, and terrible management. They don't deserve your money, nor their franchise license. Read more
I had worked at this location 4 years ago and wound up having a work related injury. I was told by the GM at the time to go to... an urgent care. Here I am 4 years later finding a collection of near $800 from the visit. All because McDonald's either pushedit onto me, messed up the filing, or never intended to pay it in the first place. This needs resolved as soon as possible. Ifyou have the option of working any where else, take it. Because this McDonalds will make your credit go down for gettinginjured. Read more
I don't using the kiosk, nobody would wait on us. Was forced to use the kiosk. I couldn't complete our order because there were... no table tents . Finally completed order, we never got our receipt to pay at the counter. We were asked to go through their listof receipts to find ours. Burgers were not cooked thoroughly. No straws, napkins or ketchup. Stood around waiting for someone toacknowledge us to get straws, napkins and ketchup. They were rude and acted inconvenienced, even though they were not busy. Themanager was rude to one of the newer and nicer employees. Not a good experience whatsoever!!! Read more
We were told to move forward and our food would be brought out to us. Went in after it didn't come. After they finally waited on... us found out they didn't make our order so had to reorder. Then they missed a fry so had to wait on that. Could have wentsomewhere nicer in the amount of time this whole interaction took. Read more
Took my daughter here and got her a happy meal and me 2 McDouble cheeseburgers. We waited 10 minutes for our food and then her... burger was burnt to a crisp. And the tomato slice on my burgers was bigger than the patties themselves. Very disappointing. Read more
12-2-2022 ????? 5 Stars!: This daily double with extra Big Mac sauce and pickles was built to perfection! Well done lunch... crew! They sure don't build them like they use to. Have you ever gone to the school reunion to come across the smart personvoted most likely to succeed only to find him disheveled and freshly out of rehab or jail? That is this feeling. "Back in myday" Big Mac patties were big and respectable. This is not a reflection on the staff at this facility as they were amazing,however corporate better get their act together before the King comes back from safari and gets that Whopper kingdom of his backin shape.
