Searched for Japanese food, this place showed up, and the fact is Ramen is not the real Ramen, the beef in the bowl is very hard... to chew. Tomato and watermelon salad is so little in quantity, it's not worth it at all. If you need to taste Ramen or realnoodle, this is not the place. Read more
Pleasantly surprised by this ramen shop, innovated and authentic at the same time. We ordered the crispy brussels which is... amazingly delicious. And the spicy miso ramen and native shellfish ramen, both are super good, totally exceed my expectations. Ilike how they incorporate local ingredient and yet keep the good taste. Something very different from any other Thai or Vietnamese or Chinese noodle places I tried. But it tasted good. I got the spicy... miso and it was on par of what I expect the heat level is. My wife got the sesame chicken and did not noticed it is mixed withspicy sauce and she like the taste but did not enjoy the spiciness as much. I am definitely curious of the other flavors anddishes and love to return. Read more

Such a sweet little find in the heart of Newport! I had the pork buns which were amazing. They were soft and airy and the pork... melted in my mouth. My husband had the cauliflower tempura which were cooked perfectly and had just the right amount of yummyDrizzel and fresh green onion. The ramen bowels were fantastic! The spicy seafood bowl was loaded with fresh delicious fish,squid and clams - all cooked to perfection and with just the right amount of spice. The noodles were flavorful and cooked tothe perfect texture. We also liked the fact that they offer local (RI) microbrew beer on their menu. This is an awesome littleNoodle Bar we highly recommend!! The noodles and other fusion offerings were great. It was a a nice alternative to the other offerings in the Newport area. The... menu is somewhat limited but they do everyone on the menu well. I had the cauliflower tempura, crispy brussels, house ramen, andspicy miso ramen. Everything was spot on and came out steaming hot. If i had to complain...the place can use another restroomand the floors were a little sticky. It kind of had that sticky to walk feel/sound as you're walking about...sorry it's a petpeeve of mine. Every thing about this place is perfect! Every time I find myself in Newport I have to grab a bite to eat it is that good. The... food is fresh and so full of flavor! Did I mention they do gluten free?! And they are extremely safe and knowledgeable since theowners wife has celiac as well! Definitely a hidden gem and a must try!! Read more
Nice little noodle bar in New England, Rhode Island. The Black Garlic Beef Ramen was alittle too salty for my taste and the... broth was luke warm at best. I usually like my broth extremely hot. Nonetheless, ramen was pretty good -especially from thispart of the country. Read more
