Would give 0 stars if I could. Mean, nasty and crazy is how I would describe the staff, especially the owner. A business has the... right to make rules as they see fit, but their attitude and approach is overwhelmingly negative and abrasive. They have signsposted throughout with a list of 100 things you can?t do. God help you if you break a rule, they will yell at you and kick youout. Please stop getting frustrated at paying customers for ?breaking a rule?. A lot of people are visiting from out of town anddon?t know about your rules. A simple ?please don?t use your laptop here? or ?please don?t xyz..? would suffice. Just befriendly and stop with the hostility. The reviews speak for themselves. Instead of reading negative feedback and trying touplift an unhappy customer, the owner claps back HARD with false comments. She writes in one comment that she had to press a?stalker alarm? bc the counter girls felt uncomfortable. LIKE WHAT. That is a serious accusation to make about someone withtheir family ordering breakfast. If you can?t handle a simple ?which coffee flavor do you recommend?? then you shouldn?t berunning/working a coffee shop. Girls waiting for their order next to us we?re saying how much they hate coming here. I couldgo on and on about the rude and hostile environment. Stopped in and got an iced latte and an idea hibiscus tea, great drinks, and service. The service was fast and efficient. The... pumpkin scone was fabulous - soft and tasty. If we weren't headed off to meet people it would have been nice to sit in theoutdoor seating and relax Read more
Coffee is ok but one of the workers was so rude to my husband; he got nitro coffee from another place but I bought my coffee... from mokka and we were waiting for it at one of the tables. She told him in a very loud voice that he can?t sit at the tablebecause he has outside drink. Could?ve done it in a nicer manner. No wonder the place was empty. Read more

Delicious coffee and yummy food. The line gets busy as the morning rolls on in the weekend but they?re very efficient and... friendly. Come for the morning pep and stay for the interesting decor. Found wood tables and beautiful stone sculptures line thecourtyard where you can enjoy a bit of sun as you wait for your breakfast sandwich or lounge with your coffee and friends. Read more
Been going to Mokka since 2016! Always always have a great time, the owners are very nice and generous, staff is attentive and... always smiling. Love love their spicy peanut soup, such a treat. I shake my head at the unhelpful reviews that claim the ownersare ?rude? for not wanting people to use the space that MOKKA pays rent and overhead on to for outside food/drink or sitting forextended time on their personal devices after getting a single coffee. Own your own business you?ll quickly see how rude it isto market a competing business and take up space for an extended amount of time. Read more
